I ordered an item in December they charged me and it is now the beginning of February and I still have not received it. I have sent emails to customer service, etc. and never heard back.

I ordered a pair of Oakley frames on January 13, 2025. Still haven't recieved the frames. If they do not arrive by February 13th I will cancel the order.

The product was ordered early on a Friday east coast time. I paid for overnight shipping. It said same day shipping for the item I purchased. It did not ship same day. I am not sure if it's coming overnight.

I was skeptical when I saw how inexpensive my contacts were at EZ Contacts, but I decided I'd give it a shot. I was informed every step of the way and my new contacts arrived (with a special gift) yesterday! I couldn't be happier. I have found my new supplier for contact refills! Thanks EZ Contacts!

I am very unsatisfied with EZ contacts. I ordered glasses and contacts on January 16th. First of all, customer service kept denying my prescription saying it was expred even though the date clearly read 1-15-25. after I got that cleared up I had to call twice because it was taking way longer than i was told. I just received my glasses, but noone informed me that the contacts were out of stock until I had to contact customer service once again ( because being able to see is kind of important) that they were out of stock this whole time and they had to wait to get more in before they could even ship them. Needless to say they are still saying order processing and have not been shipped.

I made an order for 2 pairs of sunglasses on Jan 4 and am still waiting on the 2nd pair. There has been no contact or communication. I've reached out to cancel the 2nd pair and have had no response as well. Questioning the customer service.
