Took a month for the glasses to be shipped and for 3 weeks no one had let me know the there is a delay, it’s my second order with a delay and no heads up, I won’t order again from this company. Thank you

Best prices. They don't charge crazy processing fees -- beware of prices quoted by other online retailers they are very deceptive -- the prices appear to be very low until you get to the checkout cart and you see huge processing fees. EZcontacts has my prescription on file, and it took 2 minutes to place my order.

When I read that it would only be 3-5 days to receive my daughters contacts, I was grateful because she neglected to tell me she was running low. After not receiving them and the website was stuck on preparing to ship, I emailed. I was emailed and told that the contacts were ordered through the manufacturer (this is 8 business days later) and they would be received in a few days. I did receive the contacts this past Tuesday. The 2 emails I received were very nice, but felt very copy and paste. On the website, it says in the frequently asked questions, contacts are shipped 1-2 business days after order and if there were going to be a delayed the customer would be notified. The ordering process, the website were very easy to navigate. The time delayed was my issue.

Poor communication and late product delivery. Still waiting to receive the glasses I ordered weeks ago.

I ordered these glasses on 4/22/24 and was given a three to five day delivery window. After 5 days I did not get any confirmation and found out the company was closed for over a week for passover. Once the company was back open on May 1st I still did not receive any acknowledgment of my order getting delivered. They do not answer phone calls or emails. It is now May 15th and I got a shipment notification. Will never use this company again.

Refused to issue refund for a product that hasn’t shipped out to me, even though their policy states With EZContacts you may cancel any product, free of charge, with a full refund, as long as it has not been shipped out yet. Then told me I apologize our policy isn’t updated on our website?

We understand that you may have changed your mind about your order, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we want to assure you that you can still return your glasses if you're not happy with them. Our return policy is very generous, and you can return your glasses for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving your glasses, you can begin the return process by logging into your account and go to "Order History" where you will find the "Start return'' option. Thank you for your understanding. Sunglasses I purchased are not in stock. Was told 4-6 weeks before I get them. Wish the site would have told me that before I ordered them. Otherwise, the communication from EZ Contacts has been great.
