I ordered a pair of designer reading glasses about a week ago. I got very worried later after reading negative reviews on orders shipping out super late that I actually reached out to them via email and they were quick to respond back and let me know that my order would be ready to ship out in 3-5 days. Two days later I received an email about my order being shipped out and another 2 days later I received my order. I received my order within a week after purchasing so they are fast! I LOVE my new glasses and will definitely order from them again.

The Persol sunglasses did not take e 3to5 days it took 3 to 5 weeks. With at said their price was half of what everyone else charges. Ezcontacts came through in the long run. Bravo

I ordered once before last year, contact cleaner and that first order I got a "we have shipped" notice 2 hours after I ordered. A few days later it was here. This year very different. This year it said the free shipping would take 5-7 days. Well it took 5 days for them to say the product was now in their warehouse and being processed. It took 9 days total to show up at my house. Their shipping info just shows a never moving graph, not very informative. I also noticed this year, they were offering very few contact lens solutions. A very different experience but in the end I did receive what I ordered and for a bit less than Amazon wanted.

I had an issue with my account being charged and not receiving my contacts. I called and spoke to Polar on 5.13 and she said that it looked like my order was out of stock and I told her that I was not notified and that my credit card was charged. She said she would look into it and call or email me by 5/20 and let me know what was going on. I got an email on 5.14 stating that my order was being shipped. I received my order on 5.16. Thank you.

EZ Contacts definitely has the best prices HOWEVER, I've had issues in the past where the contacts I ordered were not in stock. So instead of the order stating Out of Stock, they allowed me to order them anyway. So after waiting for a month for my contacts to come, I had to call them only to find out they were not in Stock! After 3 months of waiting I cancelled the order! I wish that they would state, PRIOR to me placing an order, that the contacts were not in stock rather than making me wait 3 months!
