AWSOME Prada sunglasses for my lady. $425.00+tax at an outlet specialty store. $225.00 from EZ! Unbelieveable price. Ordered May 5, lets see if they arrive before Mothers Day, est. delivery per EZ is May 9. If they're on time its nothing short of perfect and wonderful. If late, it's still a very, very good deal.

I ordered my glasses 2 weeks ago and had to request multiple times what is going on with the order. Have only seen one message stating it is delayed. Have heard nothing else. Very disappointed.

It's actually kind of frustrating they advertise same day shipping for items in stock. So I chose to order my secondary perscription, since my original was not in-stock. It said that they were in stock when I ordered and should be processed same day or next business day. This was clearly not the case, and it's already been 5 business days since I placed the order at 10 am on May 2, 2025, and the tracking still says awaiting package.

Ordered glasses, frames are fine but the lenses are horrible. I also ordered another pair of glasses from a different website same, frames and basic lenses but there is a night and day difference. The lenses are from here are not crisp, feel like there are shadows.

I did overnight shipping to get my contacts before a trip and they sent me contacts with the wrong prescription. I checked if I made a mistake ordering, but I didn’t. Very frustrated since I leave tomorrow and have no contacts

delayed shipping experience. had to send customer service an email asking what was going and mysteriously my glasses was been ship the next day.

Your order was shipped within that expected timeframe. While we understand it may have felt like your email prompted the shipment, the timing was coincidental, as the order was already in motion and shipped as soon as it was ready. So far the order process has been good, great prices. Had the frames I want in stock. I should get the frames in a week and I'll update my review if there are any issues.

Ordered contacts on April 17th and they were out of stock. Completely out of contacts and did not receive order till May 1st (2 weeks). Recommendation would be to order early.

i made the horrible mistake of giving this company a second chance after a nightmare experience and it looks like thats the only thing they're consistent with. never meet their own production windows and engage in dishonest and deceptive tactics to avoid addressing falling short. never again
