Not reliable at all. Ordered contacts, paid for 2 day shipping...10 days later and I still haven't received them.

I’ve been a customer of EZContacts for several years, and their service has been consistently the best! They provide excellent, speedy service, their customer service reps are friendly and helpful, and I always get the best pricing with additional discounts for being a regular customer.

My order wasn't processed for payment for WEEKS after it was placed. I was given zero status updates on why my order was taking weeks to fulfill and ship after it being promised in a matter of business days. No attempt has been made to rectify the delays and lack of communication. Totally manipulative and sketchy, will not ever be ordering again.

When I received my contacts in other years, I was very happy. This year, I was able to get a discount but had to pay for shipping (3-5 days). Today, after 4 days, I questioned the order and was told the contacts I ordered weren't in stock, so I have to wait another 3-5 days. Not a happy customer. I wish I had been told this right after I ordered them. I could have ordered them somewhere else and gotten them quicker. Why pay for shipping if they aren't arriving in the time I paid for?

Had to replace Maui Jim sunglasses & discovered EZContacts had the best price. I was so happy with my order experience that I ordered a 2nd pair to give as a gift. I definitely recommend EZContacts.

I hade to cacle a order about 3 months ago because u did have the product when the website said that it was in stock but it wasn't. The customer service department said it was going to take 6 weeks to come in. So wasn't happy.

All the signs of a scam. Communication it's none existent. Placed an order that was never shipped, sent over 20 messages through their site. Finally a week later a lame response. Will never buy from this vendor and will spread the word to avoid at all cost

These are terrible. The box shows my prescription , but my phone and computer text is blurry, menus etc are as well. I’m wondering iif the contacts are old or mislabeled.
