No confirmation was presented before payment was processed, resulting in my package being sent to an out of date address. I was then given the run around between DHL, USPS, and completely ineffectual customer service despite immediately calling customer service in addition to using the online form to attempt to stop the shipment. I’m now out the price of expensive sunglasses with nothing to show for it and without being able to obtain useful help from anyone in the chain. What an experience

Shipping is long. And customer service needs major work. Could improve or work on shipping when a customer pays and send back a return. They are profiting of shipping costs and it’s wrong

First off, I ordered these glasses over two weeks ago and the PDP said 'ships in 3-5 business days'. Two weeks later, nothing, so I have to chat with a rep. Turns out they aren't even in stock! Talk about false advertising. I chat with a rep again today and suddenly they are shipped out. Now you send me a Review form when I don't even have the glasses yet? 1 star since I casn;t really review the glasses.

Production and shipping time lasts as long as any other prescription glasses you buy online. Just received new Versace frames and waiting on a pair of Ray Bans. Prescription lenses are correct and the add on clear coating was so clear, it actually looked like there were no lenses on. The frames came with complete branded packaging, authenticity papers, cleaner spray, mini screwdriver, cleaning cloth. Honestly with this good of a service and prices way lower than other sellers, there's absolutely no reason to buy designer frames elsewhere but ezcontacts.

The glasses I ordered were out of stock, so they took my money and waited to get a restock almost 6 weeks later!

After a rough start in trying to reach EZContact's support team to cancel an order, they eventually made everything right making the return easy to process. I would order from them again, just temper expectations on how long they take to process and/or respond.

I’m a bit disappointed. I signed up to get a 10% discount on 1 st purchase.However I wasn’t able to receive due to your system providing no where to place on checkout screen. I’m sure this shall be one and done with your company

Banks use this standard practice to verify the payment method, and the temporary hold typically drops off automatically within a few business days. Ordered two pairs of glasses, one pair showed up super quick, the other pair hasn’t arrived, over a week since the first pair showed up and still no tracking of shipment for the other pair.
