Multiple delays and no delivery of product. No communication from support staff after multiple calls and multiple emails. I was finally informed that the original product that I ordered was not available. What was even More frustrating ….. I continued to be inundated with new sales pitches.( even though the product I originally ordered was not delivered..

Ordered on Monday with Express shipping. Thursday get a shipping notification but FedEx hasn’t received the package. Don’t order from here if need your contacts quickly.

Very disappointed with my last order from here. Apparently, the company was closed for a week for a religious holiday. I placed an order during this time not knowing due to lack of communication. Took my money right away and here I sit 12 days later still no contacts. Will not order from here again.

Terrible company to buy products. I ordered a pair of sunglasses with a 3-5 days delivery on October 20th. To this date (10/30), my glasses are still being delivered. Do NOT order anything from them.

I haven’t gotten my order yet and it’s been a number of weeks. Very little detail on why the delay. I would’ve gotten it faster if I just ordered from Oakley. Still not sure if this is a legit site.

Paid extra for fast shipping, shipping 3 days was good and on time. They didn't inform you when they have a holiday delay extension. But the price on my contact lenses were more affordable on here. Contacts arrived and half of them were open and the other half aren't. I never had this problem before and this is the first.

It was easy to place my order for frames. I wish there was a way of saying lower the bifocal line a few mm so I can order lens too.

The one size was back ordered and the company was on a holiday when it came in stock. Took over a month to get my order. The only reason I know this is I had to call to learn why it was taking so long. Lack of communication on their end.

Placed an order which they did not ship for 6 days. Then when I tried to call them to find out what the problem was I found out the entire company had taken a 10 DAY religious holiday and my order was not going to be shipped until someone/anyone returned. Clearly this company has no regard for their customers at all. I will be returning this order IF I EVER ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT.
