The one size was back ordered and the company was on a holiday when it came in stock. Took over a month to get my order. The only reason I know this is I had to call to learn why it was taking so long. Lack of communication on their end.

Placed an order which they did not ship for 6 days. Then when I tried to call them to find out what the problem was I found out the entire company had taken a 10 DAY religious holiday and my order was not going to be shipped until someone/anyone returned. Clearly this company has no regard for their customers at all. I will be returning this order IF I EVER ACTUALLY RECEIVE IT.

Paid for 1 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks since order… still haven’t received it and we’re going into the third week. Their solution - $10 discount even though I paid $30 for 1 day shipping which I was promised to be delivered to my residence two weeks ago Don’t shop here

claimed to ship in 5-7 days. Company closed from Oct 17-Oct 27. Every email was answered with a canned response. I asked to cancel before they closed but they ignored my request. Still no glasses.

EZContacts offers a wide selection of frames and has excellent customer service. They are very prompt with responses and make using out of pocket insurance benefits very simple. I love getting my glasses through them!

The processing time this past order was 3 weeks. The website clearly stated you all would be closed for a few days and to keep your order processed in a timely fashion, order before the 17th I believe it was. I ordered the 10th and it took just about 3 weeks to ship. I understand it takes time to add the rx and transitions details but it's still way too long for the price of the glasses. Unfortunately, in addition, I believe I paid for expedited shipping.

Ordered my contacts on October 19th, it is now October 30th. The order says still processing even though you FAQs says you send them out in one to two business days. Your FAQs also state that if there is an issue you will email within a day. I have also contacted you by email and received no response. Terrible customer support. Will be cancelling my order.

I ordered 3 day shipping over a week ago and my order still has not shipped. Will not be using this site again. Going back with customer service they still have not refunded the expedited shipping costs. and I still can't see....
