The ordering process was very quick. The form was straightforward, and very short. The check-out was easy. It took under a minute to place the order. The reorder will probably take 15 seconds.

Ezcontacts never sent me my sunglasses. Took $130 from me and never even sent a tracking number. Do not do business with them. Terrible business.

I love your glasses. I have ordered three pair of the first two came in a decent amount of time very good quality but this last pair that I ordered have not arrived. I was told 5 to 8 business days. Been over two weeks I contacted the firm because that’s who I was paying through. They are due to take a payment on 17 November and I still do not have my glasses.

I got an immediate response to my order but then they took a whole week to ship it even if they wrote me backthat they had the contact in store. It seems they were celebrating some kind of Holliday. I respect it but on my opinion is disonest let a client go through the order process and after you payed they tell you that they are going to old on it for a whole week. I even payed for express delivery. It is the costumer right to know all the conditions before completing the buying process.

Ordered online Oct 5, contacted EXContacts on delivery status. Was told they were on back order and sorry for not letting me know. On website it didn’t say they were not on stock. Now they are letting me know they are in stock and will mail my order. Have ordered before and not had this happen. If I order again. Will call before ordering

I ordered since Oct.9 but did not hear from them anything from them until end of Oct. they informed me that part of my order is not available. It’s not good service at all.

Terrible experience. Shipping was extremely delayed. Apparently the whole company shuts down for a week for religious purposes. So the whole company is one religion? Kind of weird. Anyways that’s cool and all but why did the website allow me to pay for 3-5 day shipping when it couldn’t fulfill that order? Don’t let someone buy something only if you can’t sell them the service. I will never shop here again

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THE WEBSITE IS NOT MONITORED PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOT LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND AS A RESULT THE WRONG ORDER WAS FILLED. NOW I'M ASKING FOR A REFUND AND SOMEONE ON A CHAT (CYNTHIA W.) SAID I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE A REFUND AND CORRECT MY ORDER. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.

Called on the 18th for contacts.Found out after I ordered that they were closed for 10 days.Had to go to Americas Best yesturday because I ran out.They gave me enough till their shippment comes to me.Plus I made 1 order and they sent me 2 orders.Both are going back.And NO there was no flag on their website saying they would be closed.Found out Monday when I called for my recite that I still haven't recirved
