Ordered online Oct 5, contacted EXContacts on delivery status. Was told they were on back order and sorry for not letting me know. On website it didn’t say they were not on stock. Now they are letting me know they are in stock and will mail my order. Have ordered before and not had this happen. If I order again. Will call before ordering

I ordered since Oct.9 but did not hear from them anything from them until end of Oct. they informed me that part of my order is not available. It’s not good service at all.

Terrible experience. Shipping was extremely delayed. Apparently the whole company shuts down for a week for religious purposes. So the whole company is one religion? Kind of weird. Anyways that’s cool and all but why did the website allow me to pay for 3-5 day shipping when it couldn’t fulfill that order? Don’t let someone buy something only if you can’t sell them the service. I will never shop here again

We were indeed closed for a holiday and sent multiple emails in advance, advising customers to place orders by October 15. Unfortunately, your order was placed on October 19, after our holiday break. We also had a banner on our website to inform customers of the closure. The shipping fee you paid covers transit time, but we recognize that the processing time at our warehouse was impacted by our holiday. One of our representatives has been in contact with you via chat, and we issued a refund for the shipping fee as a one-time courtesy. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THE WEBSITE IS NOT MONITORED PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOT LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO. I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH ME THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND AS A RESULT THE WRONG ORDER WAS FILLED. NOW I'M ASKING FOR A REFUND AND SOMEONE ON A CHAT (CYNTHIA W.) SAID I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE A REFUND AND CORRECT MY ORDER. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.

Called on the 18th for contacts.Found out after I ordered that they were closed for 10 days.Had to go to Americas Best yesturday because I ran out.They gave me enough till their shippment comes to me.Plus I made 1 order and they sent me 2 orders.Both are going back.And NO there was no flag on their website saying they would be closed.Found out Monday when I called for my recite that I still haven't recirved

Shipping was significantly delayed with no helpful communication or updates. I received an email saying something along the lines of “place your order before Oct 17th so that your product ships before we are out of office”. I placed my order well before that date but it still did not ship in time.

how can a company completely SHUT DOWN for 10 days because of a religous holiday and NOT NOTE it in their online service platform !! ... i ordered on Oct. 10th and the contacts were shipped on Oct. 28th. ..and i did pay for expedited shipping because my contacts only had 3 days more use. ..i had to email EXContacts to find out WHY the contacts i ordered had not arrived and that's when i was told that the company would not re-open until Oct. 28th. .. your business model needs to be adjusted and more clear re: closings.

I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered sunglasses online and didn't receive any updates for two weeks, which is longer than the usual processing time. I contacted the company by phone and sent two messages to request the cancellation of my order since I had ordered the same sunglasses from another company and had already received them. I was about to call again today, but I saw an email stating that my glasses have now shipped. It seems they don't read or respond to customer messages. Now, I will have to wait for the glasses to arrive and then ship them back across the country, which is inconvenient for both me and the company. I wish they had better customer support. I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend this company.
