Shipping was significantly delayed with no helpful communication or updates. I received an email saying something along the lines of “place your order before Oct 17th so that your product ships before we are out of office”. I placed my order well before that date but it still did not ship in time.

how can a company completely SHUT DOWN for 10 days because of a religous holiday and NOT NOTE it in their online service platform !! ... i ordered on Oct. 10th and the contacts were shipped on Oct. 28th. ..and i did pay for expedited shipping because my contacts only had 3 days more use. ..i had to email EXContacts to find out WHY the contacts i ordered had not arrived and that's when i was told that the company would not re-open until Oct. 28th. .. your business model needs to be adjusted and more clear re: closings.

I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered sunglasses online and didn't receive any updates for two weeks, which is longer than the usual processing time. I contacted the company by phone and sent two messages to request the cancellation of my order since I had ordered the same sunglasses from another company and had already received them. I was about to call again today, but I saw an email stating that my glasses have now shipped. It seems they don't read or respond to customer messages. Now, I will have to wait for the glasses to arrive and then ship them back across the country, which is inconvenient for both me and the company. I wish they had better customer support. I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend this company.

Great pricing but shipping is very slow. 10 days after purchase and only my contact have shipped (with no eta yet) and my two eyeglasses I ordered I have no clue when those will ship. So that is a little frustrating. Happy I didn’t pay for express shipping because I don’t think it would have helped.

I went on the site right before the Jewish holiday and nothing on the site said that they were not taking 3 to 5 day orders because of the holiday. I have been waiting since October 17 for my order to be shipped. Today is the 27th and when i called I was told if I want a refund for the faster delivery I won’t get my delivery for another 7 to 10 days. Wow. Very unprofessional. And inconvenient. Very disappointed. I’ve been in desperate need of my contacts. So I guess I must wait. Never will use your site again.

I ordered frames that I wanted expedited as it was an urgent situation. There was no option to overnight the delivery, only 3-5 days or 5-8 days. I paid the extra fee to have it delivered in the 3-5 day window and I’m still waiting for these frames to be delivered over a week later. I’ve asked for the shipping charge to be refunded and I am still waiting for an answer with little hope that I will be refunded the extra money I paid to ultimately have standard ground delivery. Very disappointing.

Ordered online and it took 10 days for shipping to occur. I sent messages online and then an email. I don’t know if it would’ve shipped had I not sent that email

My order always arrives when it supposed to. Pricing is always reasonable. The only issue I had this time was that I needed my contacts really bad because I lost one. Then I find out days later they were closed. So I had to nearly go almost 2 weeks with just one. I felt like when they come back off vacation or whatever people items need to be expedited especially when you didn’t know they were out.

Always had a great experience ordering from EZcontacts but this time shipping took forever. A bit disappointed. Lenses are always good but shipping and communication not so much.

DO NOT BUY from Ez Contacts. I ordered sunglasses and soon received and email saying they were out of stock and back ordered. This was not shown on the website when I purchased - it said the product was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days. I have since tried to contact them to cancel the order but nobody replied to my emails. Stil no reply and no refund. Terrible customer service
