I’m disappointed in the delay of responding to my order being shipped. Now I just received an email stating that my shipment is taking longer than expected to ship! This adding to my disappointment so far and I’m really not sure or confident that my order will ever be shipped or received. This is my first experience with EZContacts and I was really excited to receive my sunglasses and hopefully have them in a prescription once I get my eyes examined. Now I have my eyes examined with a prescription and no sunglasses to show for. I just hope these arrive before the summer is over 😣☹️

Should have been told that the item ordered was on back order from the manufactuer I was not told this for 2 weeks after I checked to see when they'd be delivered.Still waiting for purchase which has already been paid in full for.

After using the chat feature to verify the receipt of my order and attached prescription, I received (the next day) another request for verification of the prescription. This will, no doubt, affect the filling of my order, so I am unsure whether I will use EZ again.

Pros - good prices, friendly and helpful customer service. Cons - very hard to reach customer service - 45min hold time by phone, at least 1-2 days by email, SLOW shipping - took 3.5 biz days to ship out lenses, another 4 days to reach me.

I have ordered contacts from EZ twice: the first time my experience was great. The second was pretty terrible. Though when the order was placed, it was acknowledged via email and charged to my credit card, nothing happened for OVER 12 DAYS! I kept checking and it said "Order Processing." When I was finally able to get in touch, it was evident that the order had somehow not made it into their system. The contacts ordered on 7/3 are now on their way (7/19). I hope they make it!
