14 days. Still no delivery. Paid $30 extra for overnight delivery. 2 weeks. Nothing. Gave them over $300.

Your order required customization in our lab. Your frames did not pass the first inspection in our lab and were therefore sent back for a redo. This delayed shipping. While expedited shipping prioritizes delivery speed once your order leaves the warehouse, it doesn't impact the processing time itself. Ordered sunglasses may 24th. I did get one email saying my order was delayed two weeks after it was placed. Since then they will not respond to emails or voicemails. Never received product. Looking like I was scammed.

My first time ordering from this company. I placed the order on 07/11 for a special occasion this Friday and at today day still processing. I don't understand why I have the rate email. I guess the external company understood that I should hagve my glasses already :(

The customer service I received was 5 stars!!! There was a delay with my order but I was notified of the status of my order as soon as they had information. I would like o recognize Naomi for answering my emails and always being very professional and helpful. I wouid definately order again!!!!

I placed an order #4074056 about few weeks ago for a pair of Tiffany sunglasses priced at $229. After a week of waiting, I emailed EZContacts support to inquire about the status of my order. I didn't receive a response, so a few days later, I called 1-800-217-2020. I was informed that the sunglasses were out of stock, so I decided to cancel the order. However, shortly after, I received an email from support: "I see that we have the Tiffany TF3082 Sunglasses available to ship in 3-5 business days." Based on this, I attempted to order the sunglasses again, but the price had increased from $229 to $250. After waiting another week, I received another email stating that the sunglasses were out of stock. It made me very frustrated. You don't know what do you have in stock - serious ?

Very smooth order on line process . However I wasn’t expecting the $7.95 shipping fee as I saw free shipping advertised as I was ordering. Until I got to checkout and saw that standard FREE shipping for some reason wasn’t offered on my order. I didn’t need quick shipping but had to pay for it. Bait and switch on the free shipping offer!!
