First I was a little skeptical but I am very impress with my glasses...the frames fit nice and they did a much better job than the eye doctor I go to...so will be making more purchases in the future...u guys are definitely my go too...Thanks

Easy to understand the ordering process

I found the sunglasses I was looking for for on EZContacts online for a much better price compared to other retailers. I ordered and received confirmation immediately. There was no indication or information that the product I had selected was back ordered online. I only learned by calling (which took over an hour waiting for a call back). I was informed (after call service person finished giggling at my name) the time according to the manufacturer info, it was expected at the warehouse in 1-2 weeks. After that then sent my way. Depending on accuracy of information provided to me and quality of product once received will ultimately determine rating.

I ordered my contacts on 7/11/2024 today July 17th they told me it will take another 5 to 7 days which will be July 24th On 7/11 they also told me it will take 5 to 7 days

It’s always a very easy ordering process for our family’s contact lenses, but my reward points aren’t always applied to my orders. I just placed an order and the website would not allow my to use my $25 reward code.

the contacts are fine. i have used them before. what i am disappointed in is the 1 day shipping. i ran out of contacts so i paid $29.95 for 1 day shipping, expecting them to arrive the next day. i was told the order takes 24 hrs. to process , then since it was a weekend, it wouldn't be shipped for 2 more days. so 1 day shipping became 4 days. i felt like i wasted that money and if i realized, would have just chosen standard free shipping.

It's the worst thing you can buy, you don't have customer service, they never send the order, I was waiting for two weeks and they never sent it, I put in a refund and I didn't get the money, they still charge me 8 dollars to return a product that I never received.
