GREAT! I purchased new frames for my MODO glasses for $200. less than my eye doctors office. While using the cloth to wipe my lenses the plastic nose part snapped in two. I was told $350. for new frames since my lenses were perfect. EZ Contacts has been great for contacts so I tried them and found the best price with discount. Arrived today in just under 3 weeks due to stock since I needed the exact frame numbers for my lenses to fit. Just got back from having my lenses switched, couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Once I paid to expedite an order to which I received the wrong one and never got my refund for the expedited shipping. They said they were going to send me the correct pair which no one told me they weren’t available…. I’ve been waiting two months now for my order. Next I ordered another pair of sunglasses that said they were in stock ready to ship. The page advertised next day shipping. I’ve been waiting over a week for those to ship. So basically this site is full of lies and isn’t transparent to their customers.

I’m not happy with the processing. I paid extra for shipping believing I would receive the contacts quickly but I did not. Sadly disappointed.

Great customer service all around! Responsive and easy to chat with someone throughout the ordering process. Products available at a good price and a pdf of the invoice is available right away to submit for insurance reimbursement. Repeat customer here and will shop them in the future as well!

I ran out of my vision insurance allowance because I spent it on a new pair of glasses. I got a promotional offer for contacts from EZ Contacts for half the price compared to the doctor’s office. The contacts are the same quality compared to the doctor’s office. Keep up the good work!

First I was a little skeptical but I am very impress with my glasses...the frames fit nice and they did a much better job than the eye doctor I go to...so will be making more purchases in the future...u guys are definitely my go too...Thanks

I found the sunglasses I was looking for for on EZContacts online for a much better price compared to other retailers. I ordered and received confirmation immediately. There was no indication or information that the product I had selected was back ordered online. I only learned by calling (which took over an hour waiting for a call back). I was informed (after call service person finished giggling at my name) the time according to the manufacturer info, it was expected at the warehouse in 1-2 weeks. After that then sent my way. Depending on accuracy of information provided to me and quality of product once received will ultimately determine rating.

I ordered my contacts on 7/11/2024 today July 17th they told me it will take another 5 to 7 days which will be July 24th On 7/11 they also told me it will take 5 to 7 days

It’s always a very easy ordering process for our family’s contact lenses, but my reward points aren’t always applied to my orders. I just placed an order and the website would not allow my to use my $25 reward code.
