I ordered sunglasss and after 2 weeks heard nothing from EZContacts - just an “update” that the order was “processing”. After calling them, they told me the item was out of stock and would be restocked the following week. They did apologize for not updating me. Needless to say, the Xmas gift is LATE.

This site advertises a 2 day production for regular prescription which is false. I ordered my glasses on December 15th and did not receive them until December 31st. This was very frustrating for me as I needed them within a certain timeframe to be able to drive long distance safely. I also ordered 2 day shipping (20$) to speed up the process. This became an irrelevant extra expense as my glasses were not even out of production until the 28th of December. I asked for them to cover the fast shipping as a favor due to the issue in production. Instead they refunded the fast shipping and downgraded me to regular shipping. They also gaslit me through emails saying this was the normal time frame while contradicting themselves with a prior email apologizing for the unexpected delay in production. If you are choosing this site, like I did for fast turn around, please look elsewhere.

I called about two weeks after I ordered my contacts and was told that they were in stock and would be mailed out expedited 3 to 5 day shipping. I called about a week later and was told that they were in stock and being inspected , and the contacts would be mailed Expedited 3 to 5 days. I called today and was on hold for 35 minutes before I hung up. I received an email that said they were shipped, but tracking showed they are nowhere near me. Prices are expensive. I’m not impressed with any aspect of ordering from and EZ contacts.

EZContacts is my goto place to order my contacts. Unfortunately too many times lately I place my order, pay extra for expedited shipping, payment is taken from my account and there I wait for the contacts. I have to check in with Customer Support to see where my order is and am told they are waiting on stock to come in. Nowhere when I order does it say out of stock or else I’d order elsewhere. Payment should not be taken until the order is fulfilled. This past order it took a few weeks to finally receive my order which is unacceptable.

My shipment for Christmas was back ordered and I got no notification advising this. As a result, my gift has still not arrived. It has shipped but too late for a Christmas gift.

I paid for 1 day shipping on the 12/21/24 and my order was just shipped out on 12/31/24. Sent three messages requesting my 39.99 refund back for 1 day shipping and still have gotten no reply. Ordered from this place before and had an issue with shipping before to.
