I placed my order 12 days ago and was still wondering why it was not shipped. I had to contact customer service to ask about it and it wasn’t until I did that they shipped it. That seems so disorganized to me. Decent prices but this was a bad impression

Happy with EZ Contacts received contacts 14 days after ordering got to admit holiday and weekends included in receiving time will order again from EZ Contacts 🐈‍⬛🐾😺

Horrible customer service, most times unable to speak to a representative with promise of callback that never happens. Extremely long hold times, processing time can be over 10 days before even shipment!

Please entirely avoid this business. My experience with them has been awful. I needed contacts within a week or so. I placed an order with them, and then was told they were awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. I emailed and said I could not wait and they should cancel the order. I then called and waiting on hold over 1 hour with no response. Then I emailed again and got an auto-response that they were closed for over a week due to religious holiday. I repeated my demand that they cancel and refund. Today, now almost 3 weeks after my initial order and cancellation, I get a shipping notice. I filed a dispute with Amex. These people are incompetent at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed my order back in March & just got an email today (April 23, 2025) that it has finally been shipped. Had I known the glasses frames were out of stock and going to take six weeks to get, I would have purchased them somewhere else.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and unfortunately had a poor experience with both updates and customer service. A week after placing the order, I was informed that my frames were being customized, which included fitting my prescription lenses and packaging. I was told I could expect my glasses to be ready to ship within 7-15 business days. However, the process seemed much longer than expected. I was left wondering how long it really takes to simply install prescription lenses into a frame, tighten screws, inspect, package, and ship. I sent two follow-up emails but received no responses, even though I understand they were closed for 8 days due to the Easter holiday. It was frustrating that there was no automated update or any communication regarding the status of my order. After 25 days, I finally received a shipment notification with a tracking number, but the product hadn’t actually shipped yet. It seems the carrier hadn’t received the product at the time the tracking was generated. It seems to take a month or longer to receive prescription glasses, which is much slower than expected. There are likely faster alternatives from larger suppliers if timely delivery is a priority. On the positive side, I’ve had good experiences with ordering replacement frames, which shipped within a few days. I was hoping for the same efficiency with my prescription order, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for prescription glasses. It’s unfortunate, as I wanted to make this my go-to for optical needs.

Absolutely no update on my order and no response to my attempts to contact them. It has been 20 days since I placed my order and I do not have it/do not have an update. I am going to be reaching out to the BBB regarding this matter.

I placed an order for contacts on April 5 and as of today, April 23, I have still not received them. I finally received an email today saying they were being shipped but I will be out of contacts before I get them. I emailed and called last week to inquire as to where the order was and received a recording and email notice saying you were closed for Passover. If that was the case, why wasn't my order shipped around April 5 when I ordered them? That was 2 weeks after you received my order and then you were closed for several days. No customer communication was possible. I probably will not place a future order as it takes a long time to receive it.

Horrible customer support and horrible experience buying eye contacts. Shipment has been late by seven days and still waiting for them to arrive even though I paid for fast shipping.

Extrememly slow shipping! It's been a week and a half and they still haven't shipped my sunglasses which supposedly in stock. Very difficult to contact customer support by phone, so I emailed them but no response to date. Will not order from them again.
