How would you rate the experience??? I placed an order on Apr 11. Today is Apr 24 and you still didn’t ship it. I am not able to get anyone on the phone because it is always busy. Chat app is useless because it gets disconnected before anyone answers to the question.

Awful. I placed an order on April 6, and they did not ship it until April 24. They did have a Passover outage in there (which I am assuming contributed to this). OK, fine, but that means they had Apr 6-11 and 21-23rd to ship and they did not. That's 9 days. Moreover, they did not notify me of a shipping delay when I ordered it. I emailed multiple times NOT during Passover to get information, and they did not bother to respond. I also emailed to cancel the order and they ignored it. They shipped the items anyway, again, without acknowledging any of my inquiries. I will never order from them again.

Paid $40 for expedited service with no notice of an upcoming week-long company closing. Received half of my order over two weeks later.

Absolutely awful. It’s been 20 days and only one item is showing “shipped” but has been in “New York” for the whole time. Even though I heard they are shipping from Hong Kong. So are they even real? Doubt it.

Scammed. I ordered a RayBan and was told it was delivered. Of course fedex says delivered. But i’m in the home when it says it was delivered . I paid $140 for A RayBan . Customer service? None I have been on hold for a n hour . Totally gone ! DO not get scammed by this !

Terrible customer service and terrible company. Apparently the entire operation shut down for ten days, delaying shipment and communication. No way to get my order and also no way to cancel the order. When vacation was over the package was shipped, despite multiple calls and messages to cancel. Buyer beware!

I placed my order 12 days ago and was still wondering why it was not shipped. I had to contact customer service to ask about it and it wasn’t until I did that they shipped it. That seems so disorganized to me. Decent prices but this was a bad impression

Horrible customer service, most times unable to speak to a representative with promise of callback that never happens. Extremely long hold times, processing time can be over 10 days before even shipment!

Please entirely avoid this business. My experience with them has been awful. I needed contacts within a week or so. I placed an order with them, and then was told they were awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. I emailed and said I could not wait and they should cancel the order. I then called and waiting on hold over 1 hour with no response. Then I emailed again and got an auto-response that they were closed for over a week due to religious holiday. I repeated my demand that they cancel and refund. Today, now almost 3 weeks after my initial order and cancellation, I get a shipping notice. I filed a dispute with Amex. These people are incompetent at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
