The price was one way on the main page and then as soon as i would click it, it would go higher.. that is so odd. processing time was about 10x longer than advertised. will not shop here again.

Have previously worked with them with no problem. I made the mistake of ordering before realizing they were closed. Nothing wrong in observing a holiday. BUT I wanted contacts, not in 2+ weeks, so I cancelled. Sent multiple follow up messages. Specially when I saw charge on credit card. Nothing. Now I see the contacts sent. I believe the holiday has been over for several days. Now I probably have the inconvenience of monitoring card for refund and returning the contacts that I do not want.

I had the worst shopping experience. I placed the order and it took almost a month to arrive, with about 25 days just to be shipped. Since the day 10 i tried to contact you by email and got no response. Then I called, and you told me it would take 3 to 5 days because it was out of stock. It wasn’t until the 22nd or 23rd, when I emailed you saying that I wanted my money back (since it was impossible to reach you by phone — I would stay on the line for up to 22 minutes without an answer), that you finally shipped the package that same night. Two days later, you emailed me saying you couldn’t issue a refund. I will be leaving negative reviews about your service on google if i can

Ridiculous shipping time. Order will not arrive for two weeks after placed. Emailed customer service multiple times and just got a "we're working on it!" Type of reply. Terrible experience as a first-time customer. Will not order from this site again.

I 'was' happy with the online order process, but now its going on 9 days and I still don't have contacts. I didn't realize your 'Free Shipping' meant I'd get my order 'whenever' the carrier got to it. A $250 order of contacts shouldn't be shipped like junk mail.

The last order i made Frozen in the mail and all the contacts have a hazy look that you can not see through. Contacted customer service but have not heard back. Had to place a new order

I love my glasses, but the sun protection tint is too light to protect my eyes in the sun. Can you do anything to fix it???

Not a fan- slow to ship as they were down for a week for holiday. Used DHL which passed it off to USPS and got held up even longer. Would not buy from again- original price was click bait and ended up costing double.

Terrible! I tried 7 times to contact the customer service department to change my order because I made a mistake on the amount of contacts and never got through. I tried 2 times to provide a phone number for a call-back and never had a response. There is zero opportunity to connect with the company - unacceptable. I will never use them again!
