I had to contact customer service. They told me my prescription was no good. So I asked him to contact my doctor at first they didn’t want to but then they said they would.

Placed order on September 22 label was not created till the 25 on a 3 to 5 day delivery needless to say did not get here for the wedding and vacation I was going on Thanks

I ordered a pair of frames and expedited the order because it was a specific need I had and I needed it quickly. After a week I emailed customer service and they told me it was out of stock and in 2-3 weeks it should be replenished. The email was nice but had I known it wasn't in stock I would have gone to another retailer since I needed it really badly. The extra I paid for shipping was a waste since it's been almost a month waiting for it.

I ordered a pair of glasses online and paid for 2 day shipping. 14 days later i still havent receieved the glasses and customer service continues to tell me they are still working on the glasses. I would not recommend using EX Contacts for glasses and find a company that has a better fullfillment platform.

Upon checking your order, it appears that you've selected frames with prescription lenses. Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. We'll be glad to assist you if you wish to downgrade your shipping and refund you the cost or make any changes to your order if you prefer to receive it sooner. My only issue is that I paid for 1-3 day shipping, and it still took a week. Ordered in Friday and today is Thursday, still have not received anything
