It's been two weeks since I placed my order for an "in-stock" pair of glasses but EZContacts only just shipped the glasses. Two weeks??! I could have walked to the warehouse and collected them in person faster.

Placed order for prescription glasses over a month ago. Was never told that the glasses I ordered online were no longer available. I called to find out status of order to find this out on my own. Accepted another pair over the phone to be made as replacement for original order. Here we are and still have not received the new pair and no communication. I called a week ago to be told the new pair would be shipped last Thursday. Still nothing

The delivery is extremely slow and little communication about delivery. I waited over 10 days for a shipping notice and still no product as yet.

It took two orders to get it right. Then I received three more discounts I did not qualify for spring 10%_a second 12% off why does someone else qualify but not me? Took two long to get the glasses

Upon receipt of the product I opened the box and found my order absoilutely looking pristine. The extras likely from the brand were nice to see, and the lenses were definitely made with my prescriptionl. I had chosen a designer name and style that suited me and feel very confident that I will buy from EZ contacts going forward.

Pricing is good, but the lack of communication is their downfall. No real updates on the status of the frames, no real tracking of the shipment. Frustrating

The glasses are very very nice I like them only complain id have is how crooked they came they were impossible to fit to my face and they still sit pretty crooked other than that they are good

I bought some sunglasses and they didn't fit me well, and to return them now I have to pay a shipping cost of $11.95

This company is a scam. They say they have branded merchandise (RayBan), but it's fake. They should be shut down! Stay away.

You told me my order was canceled because I had an invalid persciption. But it wasn't invalid because I just got it. So since the order was canceled I went and got my cantacts from Costco. Now you say the order is on the way and are charging me for them. Now I don't want the because I don't need yours. But you are charging me for them and that really make me unhappy!!!

Glasses I wanted were available far more affordably than at my local optician or at larger superstores. Typed in my prescription on EZContacts, added some lens coatings and the complete price was almost $200 cheaper than the best prices I got elsewhere. Shipping was handled well, with regular updates from DHL and USPS, packaging was solid, and nothing in the box was damaged. Was pleased to receive a free screwdriver kit, lens cleaning cloths, a decent sized bottle of lens cleaning fluid, as well as the original demo lenses from the frames. When my prescription is updated or I want to buy new frames I will not hesitate to come back.

Customer service was very good and helpful. Still waiting for the sunglasses. It’s been four or five days. The ETA says between 5&7 days. Hopefully they will arrive this week
