Please be advised that when ordering sunglasses I think I should be told or anyone else that you do not have the items in stock don’t just take someone’s money and tell them they have to wait several weeks for the item to come in so not fair

Worst shipping time ever! Placed my order on July 9, 2022. Signed up for tracking notifications. Kept getting notification “Package has not yet shipped.” After two weeks I tried to reply to cancel the order. Kept getting the message something like “We are not available to reply at this time.” Tried again another time. Same message. Finally got a notice that package had shipped - on July 29, 2022! One day short of three weeks before the damned package was shipped! Horrible service! Will not do business with this company again. Not worth the price reduction on the product. I would have given only 1 star rating, but gave two because the price of the glasses was great. Still, will not do business with this company again. Long shipping time and no communication with customer to explain or apologize for the long shipping delay. I’ll pay $10 more to another company to get the product in 7-10 days.

I ordered my contacts on July 17th. I had to call 10 days later to ask why my order had not even been processed despite the fact that I had submitted all required documentation of my prescription at the time I placed my order. I was told the contacts were back ordered and would ship on or about August 1st. The contacts did ship the next day. I signed up online to receive text updates about my shipment to go to the post office as soon as it arrived. I never received a message to update me once the contacts left EZ Contacts. I had to go online and track the shipment on their website which showed it had been delivered. I have ordered from other online contact lens providers and had my order within 5 days. This order took almost three weeks and a phone call to figure out what was going on.

Received my prescription glasses after more than a week's wait. The left side lens is cut very shoddy and does not line up with the edge of the frame. Super disappointed at how something like this could have left and been packaged up for me. No quality assurance I guess. Now I've been trying to contact EZContacts and no one answers the 1-800 number regardless of which option I push! I've tried a "chat" via the web and that has now become an "email" since they don't get back to you for a couple of hours it says. We will see if I can get any help today or tomorrow. Will update my review......

Did not get any updates on my contacts after 7 days of ordering. Had to call and then they decided to ship Fed Ex. Should have been 2 day delivery and it took 3. Barely made it on time before I left on vacation. Would not order from them again. Too unreliable.

Frames I ordered had a screw hole too small and was all scratched up like someone tried to screw it down. Great price but have to send them back.

A screw was missing from the sunglasses that made them unwearable. Besides that everything was good, it’s just if I’m paying that much I want some quality control before I get them.

Have called and emailed took 3 weeks to get here from Brooklyn- dont know if glasses as fake but cant remove lens

Considering I am still waiting for both of my orders I would rate 2 stars. Prices are nice but this js the 2nd time I have ordered with them and its always a delay.

I’ve been ordering these particular pair of glasses for over a month. They’ve cancel every order except the last one. Got those and it’s only been 7 days, and a Lens popped out. I order from here for many years and seems most recently, ordering hasn’t been easy and quality has been questionable.

I ordered 2 separate pairs of frames from EZContacts. One arrived within 2 weeks. Another is still not shipped yet after >3-4 weeks and there is no message from the company about when they are shipping it at all. Don’t know whether they have it in stock. No phone to call and ask.Seriously thinking about canceling order and getting it from another place.

First time ordering from them and not sure I would do so again. Website stated that the item would ship in 2-3 days but after ordering it I was told that the item was not in stock and so shipment was delayed. It's now been a week since I received notification of shipment however I have not received the item and the tracking information I was provided says the item has been in Las Vegas for 5 days with no further updates. Can't speak to the quality of the item as I have not received it but as far as the ordering goes it has not been a great experience.
