Do not order around any Holidays (especially Jewish) because the entire place shuts down. No production, no shipping, no response to emails. Just closed, get back to us when we will be open. Dont pay for extra for the two day shipping, doesnt happen. They create a label to say your order is on its way and actually ships 3 days later....

Very disappointed in customer service. On hold for an hour only for someone to pick up ask me questions and place me on hold for 45 minutes

I wasn’t able to get a hold of customer service. Any time I called customer service there would be an automated response that there are no available representatives due to Covid, that went on for several days. I finally dialed sales to get a live person on the phone. She had no idea what was going on and said she would connect me with customer service, I was happy to at least finally get a human. I waited on hold for 50 minutes and finally got someone. She sent me the receipt that I needed. A week later I received my contacts, the box was completely dented and destroyed, half of the contact boxes were damaged. I don’t even know how to go about contacting customer service again because no one is ever available. I tried contacting them through the online portal, Facebook messenger and email. They have the worst customer care and service ever. I don’t like to write poor reviews but I would definitely not recommend using this company.

Paid for premium 2 day shipping. Was sent glasses using USPS instead. Sent email to support and received a out on holiday message. Nobody followed up.

received the glasses but my husband was disappointed when he couldn't see out of them. I paid extra to have his prescription put in, received regular lenses

It took EZContacts over a week to just process my order. Then upon checking on the order I was told they’d be closed the next day and to check back the day after that. My question is why couldn’t they help me on the day(s) they were open? I do not recommend.

Order sunglasses here 2 times and it was like night and day 1st order Versace sunglasses nice loved the glasses and the purchase and the price 2nd time was horrible the order got canceled because there was no timetable for the glasses to be in stock so I was ok with that 20 days later ezcontacts went into my account and withdrew 220 and ordered the glasses for me unbeknownst to me than it was like pulling teeth to get a refund on glasses that I never ordered and never came just ridiculous I’m still waiting on a return avoid

The order was incorrect, and customer service insisted it was correct. Also "same-day shipping" is deceptive. It only applies to non-Rx orders, but that info is hidden.

I ordered contacts from EZ Contacts because they had competitive prices and offered to price match. Ultimately, they did not honor their promise to price match. I even sent a screen shot of the price I found online from a company that fulfilled all their requirements. I was told I had to complete my EZ contact purchase before they'd price match, so I did. The online rep then told me that when they looked a few days later, the price was higher and they accused me of using a coupon, which I had not. Truly bad customer service. Then when I asked them to cancel my order, I received an automated message that their store was closed and to write back when open. You'd think an email request would just be sent. Bizarre. I cannot recommend this company and will avoid it myself in the future. They only have customer service via email as well, so learn from my mistake and avoid this company. Go for the one that picks up the phone, even if you're paying more, because if there's a problem, you will actually have a chance of resolving it. I feel like they trapped me into a sale.

I did not receive all products i purchased. Blue light blocking. I paid for and tested when i received however no blue light blocking on. Sent back and again, no blue light blocking on my lens. Frame and rx was perfect

I have to say I am very dissatisfied with my experience thus far with this company. I ordered my contact Sept 9th, it is currently Sept 20 and my order is somewhere in Texas with no estimated delivery date and has not moved since Sept 17. I never received a shipping notice email, I had to go to my orders on the website to see if it had shipped. I don’t even know what company my order was shipped with, USPS has been waiting for the package for 3 days. I didn’t expect my order to be here overnight but over 10 days and no update as to when it will be delivered is frustrating to say the least. I appreciate that the price is reasonable but will not buy from here again.

I didn't like this experience. The contacts seem really overpriced and the shipping took 7 business days which actually meant a total of 9 days since they said they had been shipped. The tracking was really poor and I wasn't sure where they were are why it took so long. I didn't think this was a good value or convenient. Maybe I'm spoiled by that big company that gets everything to you really quickly, but this is the poorest management of an order I've seen in a long time.

It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my contacts. I receive my contacts within less than a week with other companies.

I ordered 2 boxes of contacts from you. I ended up getting 4 boxes so the original order was doubled without my consent, if that wasn’t bad enough one price $80 something while the next two exactly the same order was over $100. So no I won’t be buying contacts from you again

It was easy to place my order BUT I had only received a partial order. I had placed my order on August 31, today is September 17th and I have only received a partial order. The total amount of $205 was already deducted from my account and I still haven’t received my full order. Very disappointed!
