Very disappointed w/ the process of ordering a product and the delivery system. First time I have used this company. Ordered a product, informed I will receive in 5-7 business days.....after patiently waiting 3 weeks...still no delivery Contacted via telephone...after an extremely long wait, was connected to someone offshore(Phillippines), then transferred to customer relations. Talked w/ Thamara in Customer Relations....explained the situation to her....finally was informed of the cause of delay (had not been informed previously). Still waiting to receive the product, which I required three weeks ago. Based on this experience........I have no intention of ordering anything from this company in the future. So much for on-line business transactions!!

My order took more than one month to reach me. The phone number was never answered nor were emails or messages. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Product is fine buyt took forever to arrive. I ordered on Oct 9th and didn't recieve my order until Oct 22nd. Apparently they were closed for a holiday and I was not notified before I placed my order. I only found out after I checked the website after 10 days of waiting. I would have ordered somewhere else, I needed them asap.

It took about 3 weeks to receive my order. I had attempted to contact the company on several occasions but received a message each time that they had larger than normal calls so I was instructed to email them. Since it was taking so long and I needed my contacts, I attempted to cancel the order and notified my credit card company that I hadn’t received the order. Next thing you know, my order is in the mail. I also thought it was wrong that they charged my credit card immediately upon my placing the order but then didn’t ship for several weeks. Contacts seem fine but really it’s just a matter of placing the correct box of contacts into a shipping box so….

Customer service communication is horrible. Can’t ever get through to the company except via email. They were closed for a week with no notice of this on their website so I couldn’t get my prescription approved or order processed until they got back. Was told it was notified on their Facebook but that doesn’t assist anyone else who does not follow them on a social media platform. Shipping has taken forever. Just overall not very pleased. (Still waiting on my order I placed on the 10th, it’s now the 27th)

I am a 1st time customer. It took 3 weeks for the contacts to come due to lack of communication of the warehouses being shutdown. I wrote 3 times to the company and got spotty replies. I called the company and due to high volume calls, the phone clicked. I shopped here because of the price and being a 1st time customer I am not impressed. A competitor company always answers on the 1st ring and price matches.

Took a week to even ship from warehouse. I reached out to cancel order 2 days before it shipped, didn’t not receive a response until an hour after shipping saying they were already shipped so no way to cancel. Was very “convenient”. Next time I will pay a few extra dollars to purchase from a competitor to receive the contacts in a timely manner & also have decent customer support.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. I needed to call customer service twice and was on hold for an extremely long time or kept getting a recording saying all reps were busy with other callers. This was for over a week. Also was not informed that my glasses were on back order for weeks. It didn’t say so on the site nor did I receive any email communication after I placed the order. I could’ve ordered these glasses from anywhere so I will definitely find a retailer with much better service next time.

I’ve been buying my contacts from EZCONTACTS got a few and have been happy with them until my last order on oct 12 ! I’ve emailed customer service and never get a reply?? I call and never get a call back !! Terrible customer service?? I still don’t have my contacts on October 26

Delivery was a couple of weeks longer than originally stated. I had to contact them to inquire about the issue. The issue was the company that manufactures the product didn't have what I purchased in stock.

The website states 3-5 days to ship your order, it took about 4 times longer than that, and it took over a month from order to receiving the item.

Not sure if the frame is genuine or not but the fact it came in a case that is clearly not the original makes me wonder (case is huge and very different from what my other pair). The most disappointing thing is the lenses. Already have a pair of these exact glasses and the lenses for this pair are inferior. I also do not see as well as I do with the other pair even though the specs are exactly the same. It is what it is. They were less expensive than elsewhere but lesson learned.

Good price. You need better shipping, ideally with a notification when the package is expected to be delivered and when it has been delivered. This is standard with other vendors. Your online system told me the package was delivered on Oct 11, when I, in fact, received it on Oct 13.

So far, not impressed. Contact lenses have been at some facility in North Las Vegas for 3 days now. Pretty frustrating. Then I get an email to review the contacts, and I don't even have them yet!! Not sure what my next step is. Keep hoping to see them moving out of North Las Vegas, each day.
