Ordered contacts, still have not received them, and no updates at all from the company. Don't know why they would ask me to review because I still don't have items I purchased!!! Crazy stuff.

Wrong item was sent, I called and wrote a email for no response, when you call they push you to chat online and hang up, when you try to chat they push you to email. Not a happy customer

Sooo disappointed with my order this time. Placed my order in September and while confirming the order it said it would ship out in a few days. It took almost 7 WEEKS. Customer service does not answer the call after leaving you in the que and then disconnecting. An email from Fed Ex shipping finally says it will be delivered Oct 29 only for it to say Label created and not actually shipped out. After many correspondence with the email (because that’s the only way of communicating) they said sorry your frames are on back order. Not a great response in my opinion. Unfortunately I am not confident shopping with them again

It took way too long to receive the frames, 2 months to ship are you kidding, your website said they were in stock, i needed frames for a new prescription!!!

I got a lower price on my order but had to wait 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I doubt I will order from EZContacts again. I didn't save enough on the price to be willing to wait that long to receive the product.

I used EZ contacts due to the good pricing. I never received a confirmation email regarding my order. I never received an email stating my order shipped. when my contact arrived, they arrived in good condition but no packing list. I have tried to use online chat to receive an invoice or order confirmation to submit to insurance but there is no one manning online chat. Instead, they send you an email. I have asked three times for a receipt. They get back to me timely and say they are sending it as its own email. It never comes. I have been told to check my spam, but nothing. There is an issue on their end but this is ridiculous. DO NOT order from this company. I had much better luck with ContractLensKing in the past, but they were more expensive. This is a disaster.

Ordered my contacts two weeks ago. Six days later (including 5 business days) they shipped. It has been 8 days since shipping and I still have not received my contacts. Probably wouldn’t order from EZContacts again.

Horrible Experience. They did not state on their website or before ordering that they were on vacation for over a week and all ordered will be held till then. Was charged within minutes of ordering but took 27 days to get my contacts. They said they would over night my order when they got back at no charge but it still took over a week for them to send them out. Poor communication

Ordered frames on a Monday morning and per their policy shipping is done within 24 hours. If any issues they would notify the customer via email of any delays. I received no such notification. I called a week later to get status. I was told they didn’t have my frames in stock and were waiting on the supplier which I do not have an issue with. It would have been great if I didn’t have to call and be on hold for 30 minute. An email of the delay would have been great.

Never again. Ordered lenses on 10.7.22, & got on the 30th. A 3+ week delay. They had a special Holiday. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere! They offered a 10% coupon, which barely covers tax or a delivery fee in the future. Let your customers know you’re going to be delayed by 3 weeks for a 1 week holiday & we’ll accommodate. Transparency. This business clearly needs help functioning. I’m done.
