Took 2 months to ship, was notified the item was out of stock more than a month after ordering, shows as in stock when I purchased and still on website when I was notified.

I am totally unhappy with the time it has taken to just get a frame . It has been close to 3 weeks and still no sign of the product . Who takes 2 business days to reply to an email . What is the sense of having a contact number when it is next to impossible to connect . Sad

The shipping you pay for refers to the time frame from when the order is shipped out, not the processing time. Once your order was shipped out, it did arrive in the time frame paid for, and paying extra for expedited shipping does not speed up the processing time. EZ Contacts could do a better job of having a live body answer calls during business hours and notifying customers of order delays. I had ordered prescription sunglasses on October 10th and kept checking the status of my order online. After almost a month when I didn't receive my order I tried calling several times, only to get a recording that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and to leave a message. By November 11th I still had heard nothing and emailed again, only to receive an email response that they were having trouble obtaining the frames from the manufacturer and that it would be another 1 - 2 weeks. I stiil didn't receive any updates and on November 30 emailed asking how I could cancel my order. I also called and finally got a live person and was told the glasses were in production and should ship within a week. Still waiting to receive them.

I ordered a product on Nov 25th, and it has just shipped (Dec 6th). I reached out to customer service and they said they were currently out of the product. (Hence the late shipment) It would've been nice to know that the product was out of stock, prior to ordering.

I paid extra for expedited shipping. I tried calling multiple times to check on my order and couldn’t get through. I left a callback number and received one call back and was told she couldn’t help me but would transfer me, once again I left a callback number but did not receive a call back. I have finally received a shipping confirmation and tracking information which if it’s correct, indicates that my contacts will arrive 14 days after I placed the order. I definitely do not feel that I got expedited shipping for my order. At this point, I will probably purchase my next refill elsewhere

I ordered through EXContacts because of the lower price. I ordered the glasses on Nov 10th and I just got notification that they have shipped. Not quite the 7-10 days that it said on the website. I did reach out to customer service via email once and someone was in contact with me but didn't give me an exact date when to expect the glasses. I emailed support today to cancel so we can get them locally and I received an email that they are being shipped. Please don't tell potential customers that it'll be 7-10 days if that isn't GUARANTEED! My daughter did NOT benefit from your delay. It was not worth saving $30 ordering online if I've had to wait 3 weeks to get them shipped out.

When I ordered my glasses, I called to make sure they were available, they were. According to the website if I would order them now they would shop within 24 hours. Now almost 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped told they won’t ship before Dec 2

Ordered contracts on 11/10/2023 and on 11/23/2023 still not processed. I had to call in today and was told one of my contacts weren't in after a brief hold Miraculously they found then. Poor service

I cannot provide a full review at this time b/c I have not yet received my glasses. However, the communication process was EXTREMELY tedious. I started in May 2022 and didn't get the order finalized until now. They weren't answering their phone even during working hours and not very helpful via email. I gave up for a time. Finally received the call I had requested and a very nice customer service rep took all my info and placed the order. Their website was not particularly user friendly b/c I could NOT upload my prescription. The price on the frames was very good compared to other companies, and I received a 25% coupon on the lenses which was very helpful. Hoping the glasses are worth it once received.
