Took forever to get the 2 pairs of glasses shipped when I paid for overnight shipping @ 30$ extra when they shipped it the same as free shipping. Glasses are of good quality however I still got beat on 30$ I shouldn't have had to pay sense I didn't get my overnight order for almost 2 weeks after ordering. I most likely won't recommend ezcontacts to anyone or use them to purchase any other frames in the future considering I've spent well over 1000$ over the past 2 years out of pocket. Also they couldn't bill my insurance both times I made purchases even for partial reembersment on my purchase. I also have over 250 in ezpoints that I can't use so that's also misleading

I placed an order and was told it would be 10-12 days. Two days later I received in email saying the item was now out of stock and that they would be delayed 4-10 WEEKS. I wanted my new glasses for the start of the school semester and they would no longer be arriving in time. I wrote a customer service request asking if they could at least upgrade my shipping at no charge because of the delay. No response. I then wrote another request about using insurance retroactively, this was responded to immediately even though my submission the day before was still unanswered. I could not get anyone on the phone and when my request was finally responded to almost a week later, my order was fully canceled. I've just spent the last 3-4 hours getting bounced from one hold line to another before someone finally reinstated my original order. No upgrade on shipping or anything. Just a big F You and deal with it. The price is cheap but don't expect anything about the process to be easy. 4 out of the 5 people I spoke with were completely incompetent and could not help me answer a single question. One representative put me on hold for someone who could help me, only to be the same exact person who picked up that line 30 minutes later and proceeded to not help me at all and put me on hold again. Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life.

Ordered 1/4/23, paid for 2nd business day, tracking says still processing. I'd been so excited for the price and frame but response time for priority shipping is very disappointing

Upon checking into your order, I see that the frames you selected have a 3-5 business day processing time as we are awaiting the product from our manufacturer. Please note that as stated on our website, paying extra for expedited shipping does not speed up this processing time, only the time the product is shipped from our warehouse to you. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. love the feature on most glasses to scan your face and see how the glasses look on. Very helpful. I ordered two pairs two weeks ago and I've received no updates on my order. it was anticipated to arrive by jan 7-10th and today is the 10th and there have been no emails on if the order is coming or not.

I received only 1 pair of glasses. I have not heard back about the second pair (Rag & Bone Rnb 3015 - Gray Bksptd 0ACI). The Lacoste #2884 Havana Azure I did get is very nice and I like them.

Purchased sunglasses as a gift for Christmas and the website clearly stated if I ordered at that time, the product would arrive before Christmas. It’s 6 days after Christmas and I still have not received which is disappointing. I understand things happen in transit but I reached out to customer service and was basically told they don’t guarantee time of arrival. Then why post it in the website?

Upon checking, it appears that you chose the 3-5 business day shipping method, but we did state on our site that to receive orders by December 25th, they must be placed with the 2 business day shipping option. I am very disappointed with the company. I was very happy with pricing on the frames, mine broke but my lenses were replaced last year. When looking at the website, I read same day shipping, I knew my order would not ship say day because it was too late, but it still did not ship until 2 days later. When picking shipping, there was a free option, a $9 option for faster shipping and $20 for 2 day. I chose the faster option but not two days, yet my order was still shipped via a smart post option, the cheapest and slowest shipping option. Not sure what I paid extra for. Total shipping time if delivered on time, since it will not deliver with the holiday is going to be 7-8 days.

Received wrong product! Attempted phone and chat with no luck! Used web page to generate email directly EZ contacts which says they respond within a few hours ! That didn’t happen either! Also tried to generate an “Exchange” via webpage! It only allowed “Return “

Poor communication! We ordered 2weeks ago Call to talk with someone & just get a recording. Can't talk to a human being. Starting to wonder if we will get our order or if this is a legit company 🤔 If we can't even talk with someone, what good is it even provide a phone number

Website wouldn’t let me proceed with my purchase until I gave the site a star rating. How can I give a rating when I haven’t received my purchase yet? Also, ironically it was INCREDIBLY ANNOYING to have my screen freeze until I gave you a review. And it wouldn’t take just one star! It made me give you three before i was able to move on to the purchasing stage. NEVER make your customers do extra work to give YOU THEIR money! I almost closed your site and made a purchase from a different vendor. This feature is very frustrating. I’ll know more when my product comes but don’t ever ask me to review something I don’t hold in my hand yet. And if you want a review of your site - it sucks and is not user friendly.

customer service was responsive. But any time you order glasses and wait over a month with no sign of glasses being sent its brutal. glasses normally have a sense of urgency. My advice would be don't sell glasses that have a crazy lead time, and if you do...be transparent about how long its going to take. I would have just gone to lens crafters if I had realized this was going to happen. First and last experience with EZContacts was no bueno.

I’ve used EZcontacts in the past without any issues. I’ve ordered my prescription glasses online and received them in a timely manner. This time, however, it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received them in the mail let alone, the time it took to process the lenses took almost 3 weeks to do

As somebody with a complicated prescription, figuring out how to order then upload both prescriptions was a real hassle. Basically, I could figure out the order, but it won't allow you to upload more than 1 prescription. Most people won't have that issue. Also, the 'continue' button wasn't working at all, so I got stuck on a web page and refresh was no help. We will see what arrives!

I am sure the contacts will be fine, but the customer services needs help. I placed an order on 12/5 for two boxes. On 12/20, 15 days later, I requested an update. The representative said they just received the order on 12/20. Obviously he was wrong and gave no apologies, and only told me that the boxes would be shipped in a day or two. The only reason I went with EZContacts was for the price and the quick shipping. I probably won't be using them again.
