I have the received received the product yet which was ordered on 1/18 not quite sure why it took so long to even ship the item. Not happy at all.

Customer service is not “superior”. My glasses were on back order for 3 weeks and no one informed me, I had to contact them. When I tried to switch frames no one responded to my email in timely manner. And to top it all off I paid for next day delivery! Ordered my frames January 1 2023. Still waiting!

I have not yet received my glasses, but I ordered glasses on the same day at the same time from a competitor and I received them last Saturday. Meanwhile I just received notification that my ezcontact glasses were shipped this afternoon and tracking is not yet available. While I appreciate the free shipping I do not appreciate the longer wait. Especially since I broke my last pair and couldn’t see properly until I received a replacement. Hopefully these will be best glasses ever and well worth the wait.

I purchased sunglasses on 1/14 and as of 1/23 they haven’t even been sent. I sent an email to customer support and today, 1/24, they were sent. Ten days to send an item??? No apology or response to my email. I believe they forgot to send my purchase and my email reminded them. Unprofessional.

After i ordered my glasses i recieved an email stating they would not take 7-10 days to be in stock. after about 10 days i reached out and was told it would take 1-2 weeks from the time of the email. it took nearly 3 weeks for the glasses to ship out. I was not even given a faster shipping option due to the delay, nothing, just a sit and wait, sorry.

My glasses came with one of the lenses popped out. Luckily I was able to fix the problem myself. Besides that. The glasses did come on time no issue.

Ordered my husband’s glasses on December 7, it’s January 17. Signed up for notifications but had to call after 2 weeks to find out the issue. Guy said oh sorry let me check. Came back said they are with the manufacturer and will be shipped on January 23rd. Meanwhile? Husband has broken glasses until then

Nice product. No response with 800 customer service number. I had delayed response via chat. After providing the information requested on 2 occasions- No price match was provided as solicited by EZContacts. Disappointed by lack of follow-up and price adjustment.

Used to purchase contacts through this place all the time. This time they charged me for shipping when there side says free shipping on all orders They told me because I got the contacts on sale I was being charged for shipping all of a sudden. I will be going somewhere else now

Took FOREVER to receive my order. Ordered "frames" no prescription back in November...just no received them mid January. No communication except when I reached out to them...and that communication was very short and not very helpful. Finally received a text and the next day they arrived. They "seem" authentic but will have them checked out.

I ordered contacts 1 month ago and have not received them. I was told twice that they would be shipped within a few days, but they were not. Yesterday, I requested a refund. Coincidentally, I received an email from EZ Contacts that my lenses had finally shipped. We'll see if I get either.

Your lenses and warranty on them are terrible. They start delaminating after about a year, which is coincidently well beyond your warranty. At least your frames are cheap!

I ordered some really cute frames with non-prescription lenses with the intention of wearing them with my contacts, more as a fashion statement than anything. I received the glasses in the mail only to find out that the left lens was engraved with giant VOGUE letters. Not sure why they would sell these to someone because I obviously can't wear these, let alone see through the lenses. Upon contacting customer service, I was told I would have to send them back (with a fee) and pay additional money to receive a clear lens - this was an option never offered when I bought them initially. Had I known this I never would have purchased the frames in the first place, and now lost $9 more dollars from my return. I don't think I will shop here again... this was a difficult process :(
