So far pretty terrible, the first order ever and it’s been a week and a half and my order still hasn’t been shipped which leads me to believe you’re just a drop shipper and you have no real inventory. Since you provide no shipping estimate I have zero idea when I’m even going to get my frames, which I bought because my others broke therefore I’m in need of the product. Will not buy from again.

My very first and only order as I will never purchase from them again... I ordered and still not shipped over a week later, I called customer service and was told the contacts were on backorder from the place they get them from. Never sent an email or phone call or nothing to update me. Told me it wasn't their problem. I asked for a manager and was hung up on. Spent another hour waiting to get another rep on the phone all to be told well we are sorry and all we can do is expedite your shipping for free. Very rude, not satisfied whatsoever will not be a return customer.

Ordered two frames 3/16. Haven’t received them. Just got tracking numbers this morning. Not happy waiting almost 10 days to get two frames. NO LENSES.

Ordered one set of frames, sent a different one. Instead of doing a simple exchange, EZContacrs saying they sent me the correct ones to begin with. Not happy. Customer service is terrible.

I have not received my contacts despite the fact that I paid for quick shipment on 3/19 because I was going out of town. Then they offered to send it to the address that I was going to be, but now I have received a notice that it is going to my home address. I am very confused and not well servd.

I placed an order 10 days ago and I have not received anything other than a confirmation but at least 12 marketing emails. I suggest you work on orders placed Reached out to the helpdesk let's see what happens

Your order processing is too slow. Read too slow. Shipping is too slow. Your procing is a few bucks more than the club stores and the delivery is too slow. Will go to box club store next.

Unfortunately, I found that the pperson on the other end had no training or if any, not thourough. I don't blame that on her. I blame it on her trainers. A simple request to insure polorized lenses took 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
