Beware of the free shipping promotion. I used it and they shipped it without the free shipping. They are refusing to honor it. I gues I will just return the entire order.

I am truly disappointed. You guys have charged me twice. I had already paid full amount of 106.95$and you asked me to pay again. 139.95$. You are supposed to only taking 33 $ but charged again 139.95$. This is very disappointing. And I never got any response since.

I liked the price compared to other options, but the lenses I received are not even close to the correct size for the glasses. The lenses move around and I can hear them shifting when I move my head. Very disappointing and will not order from here again.

The order took weeks to ship and when I sent a request to cancel the order was told it was shipping soon. Soon was several days later and upon arrival I received blue frames when I had ordered green ones. Didn’t feel like doing a return but I don’t recommend this company.

I paid extra for quick delivery but I still have not received my contacts. Please refund my credit card for the extra amount charged. If the contacts don't arrive by the end of the day I will be canceling the order and instruct my credit card company to reverse payment.

Product took 3 months to arrive. No update provided by EZContacts after over 4 weeks of delay until I reached out. When finally received the order many many weeks later, I was disappointed with the low quality of the product. Designer frames that cost over $300 with lenses that feel flimsy like $20 drugstore frames. Would not recommend for either customer service (poor) nor for product quality (low).

When I ordered my contacts it said in stock. Three days have passed and it still says processing when I called them, I was told the contacts were out of stock for two days and that was the delay. No email or anything to notify me of this. Finally the next day I received an email that contacts were shipped and it takes 5-7 days to receive them. Never again will I order from EZ CONTACTS. Going back to 800 Contacts that ships out the same day and arrive within 1-2 days.

When I ordered, website said my contacts were IN STOCK. Shortly after, the order status said AWAITING RESTOCK, so I contacted them to cancel the order. I never got a reply, except to say we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. That was Monday. Tuesday, no contact, and order still says AWAITING RESTOCK, just like it has been since 3 hours after I ordered last Thursday. Wednesday, no contact, still says AWAITING RESTOCK. I SENT ANOTHER CANCELLATION EMAIL. Wednesday evening, I get a shipping confirmation. Now I have to go through their return process. AWFUL SERVICE.

I am still waiting for my order. Up to this time I haven’t received it. If I did not sent an email to ask why my order is taking long to arrive I would have known that it’s in back order. Communicate with your customers effectively!!! Very poor service. I will not order here next time.

I ordered my package ahead of time but it was not delivered on time for my special event. Still, I asked the rep to upgrade my delivery to overnight delivery in order to get my package on time and she said no. Poor customer service.

The ordering was easy but very misleading and I would even say deceptive. We ordered the same glasses my daughter already has an BBS unfortunately barely the sizing is comp lately wrong. This whole experience has been awful. Iee we have a pair if glasses that are not being used and was a complete waste of money
