I paid double for overnight shipping and did not receive my order overnight when requesting a refund they refused even though it was their responsibility

My order was placed on January 4 and I still have not received it and now it is March 1. Poor communication. Auto emails that repeat themselves numerous times. No live person paying attention to the order.

They reject your RX, send the wrong lenses, charge your credit card and take 2 weeks to refund you. Very poor. Avoid.

I ordered three pairs of sunglasses 2 pairs where shippied only received 1 pair and then to find out the 3rd pair was on back ordered asked for a refund and haven’t received it. Also still waiting on what happened to the 2nd pair of sunglasses

Paid $40 for 1 day delivery on Thursday and my tracking says it will be here Monday. How is that 1 day delivery?

Ordered these frames in November and now its almost the end of February and I still have no update on when they will ship. The customer service has been terrible and they offered me nothing other than to basically cancel my order. Ive even received emails that the frames I ordered are "back in stock" and yet when I ask them for an update I get the same answer - that its delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Absolutely cannot recommend ordering from EZcontacts.

I have ordered over 1 week ago and it is still processing! I have emailed customer support asking what is taking so long, no response. I ordered an extra pair from another company and they shipped within days.

I ordered some sunglasses and few weeks ago. Have not received them yet, no update, wonder if this is a scam. I have gotten lots of emails about ordering more products. I will not even think about ordering anything else from this company until I get my original order. Terrible customer service, bad shipping status, The worst time frame. May have lost my money also who knows?

I have not received my glasses yet and it has been 15 days since I placed the order. It hasn’t even shipped, and no one has contacted me with further updates except the one I received saying it was going to be delayed. I have contacted the company with no response yet. At this rate, I wonder if I will ever receive them or not!

Not happy at all. They verify your prescription but I think the contacts are old or something. They are very blurry and the box says they are my script. Not happy at all with them .

It get told me they couldn't accept my rx prescription even tho they did accept it last year... so I assumed they'd send a refund and 5 days go by and no refund so I email them to release the refund and they tell me they shipped my order... Wyej they initially told me they couldn't accept it I went to another company and bought the same product but for $78 instead of the $99 though them... Not cool at all

I order a pair of sunglasses 2 months ago. I haven’t received them yet. Every time I email them, they say they’re experiencing delays and that they’re gonna ship within 1-2 weeks. Already been told that 3 times now. Horrible experience.

Slow shipping my order spent a week processing and still has not been shipped. Takes two weeks to get an order from them. Look else where.
