Absolutely horrible. Website says order processing in 3-5 days. I'm going on a month and still no glasses. Customer support gave some BS answer. Would not use again.

My first order of Muro ointment was $30. The second order was $32. Most recently tried to order and product was $43. Waited for a sale and got it $5 off. Still, constant increases is too much.

I ordered an item in December they charged me and it is now the beginning of February and I still have not received it. I have sent emails to customer service, etc. and never heard back.

I ordered a pair of Oakley frames on January 13, 2025. Still haven't recieved the frames. If they do not arrive by February 13th I will cancel the order.

I ORDERED THESE GLASSES 01/06 ITS 01/31 . WHAT DO YOU THINK? IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. IM RETURNING THE GLASSES. I BOUGHT A PAIR IN PERSON AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET NOT A MONTH.

Very poor quality. They sent lenses that were loose and made noise in the frames. They charged me $9.95 to return. Very disappointing experience all around.

Customer service is horrible.Placed a order on 1/09/2025 and my order has just been shipped out today on 1/30/2025. Apparently my glasses were backed ordered and no one reached out to update me. When I originally placed my order the were available. So I had to end up purchasing glasses elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with your customer service members. They keep hanging up the phone, not answering on purpose, and no willingness to try to help with step by step instructions how to do certain things and help navigate online services.

I have been waiting for my order more than two months and is still on the way. Is so difficult to contact them to get a support, I sent so many emails and just a couple times I got an answer which wasn’t help at all. My order finally arrived after more than 2 months. But one of the screws of my glasses is not placed correctly, I tried to assemble it but is not possible. This defect make my glasses feels not secure because the hinge is holding with one screw only

This company is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. The Customer Service is HORRIBLE, and it takes forever to get them to answer the phone. Will never purchase from this company ever again!
