I ordered my glasses on Dec 31, 2024 and it’s January 22, 2025. I have not received them yet. Very disappointed 😢

Been waiting over a month for a pair of glasses. Every time I call they give me a different answer as to why there has been such a delay. Last time I called again for the 5th time, the lady stated that this delay is very unusual and not "normal" for company guidelines and she would be reaching out to see what the problem is. I still have not heard back... I told her that if you guys are simply not able to get the glasses, stop delaying me and promising they will come and let me pick out a different pair at a discounted rate for this crazy lack of care and time on their end.

After an extremely long wait on the phone, I was informed that my order was out of stock, resulting in a four-day delay and subsequently delaying the delivery. Had they informed me earlier, I could have decided whether to wait or purchase the contacts elsewhere. When I asked if they could expedite the shipping to make up for the delay, they declined to cover the cost.

Ordered a pair of glasses by Oliver Peoples in late December and still haven’t received them. After I placed the order they told me they were out of stock and I asked why didn’t they note this when they pitched the sale!!!! Crickets. Each time I call they say it should be two weeks. Very poor customer service and I may just cancel my order because it’s getting ridiculous!!!’

I ordered my glasses on the 9th. It is now the 22nd and they have not even shipped. I’m very disappointed in the timeline at this point I just prefer a refund.

I had paid for sunglasses 32 days latter they still do not have them i canceled the order they they kept the payment for that long costumer service is the worst they don't care I had paid for the shipping wich they didn't not give that back, if you want to give them money and get upset EZCONTACTS IS THE ONE!!!!!!

After placing the order, it took a long time to receiving shipping information. In fact, I believe I did only because I inquired about it. I would not recommend to friends or family due to the long "processing" time over 10 days!

Where are they? I ordered my eye ointment on Dec 29th. It is now Jan 21st and no ointment! I need this nightly for my cornea disease. I am very disappointed!

Normally I receive excellent service from EZcontacts. However there was apparently a problem with their supplier and my product was not available. No one contacted me to inform me of that and after waiting for weeks with no word I had to go to a pharmacy to purchase the product over the counter. When I finally called, I was told of the delay but still no delivery date. I feel that when there is a substantial delivery problem, customers should be notified.

I ordered a gift for Christmas for my spouse. The order ETA was stated that it would be delivered in plenty of time. To only now, get a notice that the product has shipped nearly a month later is atrocious. No apology, no offer to make amends. I would never recommend that anyone purchases goods from EZContacts.

I’ve ordered from EZContacts before with no issue. This time, I ordered a Christmas present for my girlfriend on December 2nd. When I ordered it said the item was in stock and would arrive within 5-7 business days. Didn’t ship until January 20th.

I ordered sunglasses from their site. I waited and waited for for EZCONTACTS to tell me it will take longer to get them because they never had them in stock. It's been about a MONTH now and I still haven't gotten my order. Order from an honest company who lets you know before YOU order that the item is OUT OF STOCK!!!! If I were informed that they didn't have the item I would of ordered from a different company that had the item in stock.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity. I ordered contacts from this company, then requested a cancellation because I entered the wrong prescription and they never replied to my email. Just shipped the wrong prescription to me !!

Glasses took over three weeks to just "process" before they were even shipped out. Very poor processing time. This resulted me in not being able to use my expensive perscription sunglasses on a trip that I needed them on. When I contacted them in order to request expedited shipping for their slow processing time, no one responded to me. So the company has terrible customer service as well.
