I have a place an order almost a month ago and they are still pending, not an email to tell me the delay or a compensation for the delay. I will stop using them going foward.

Took a month for my order to be shipped out. It took 5 emails to customer service to ship my package. Never gonna use this website again

The customer service has been disappointing. I’ve sent multiple emails but haven’t received a response, despite their policy stating I should expect one within 1-2 business days. I also called for assistance, but I was simply told to wait for an email response, even though it’s been two weeks without any update.

I have contacted EZcontacts 2x now with no response. I paid $20 for 2 day shipping, and its been 4 days. I would not recommend and will not buy from here again.

I ordered my item on Dec 19th and it did not even ship until Jan 6th. It is now Jan 7th and I have yet to receive my item. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and when I originally ordered it, it was said to be here on time for Christmas. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, only shipped when I called to complain. I’ll pay a little more with any of their competitors to not have the same experience twice. Will not be returning and will actively be not recommending to clients, family and friends.

Your service is slow and you have inaccurate information about the availability of contacts. 1800contacts is much more reliable and I received my order within 2-3 days of purchase from 1800contacts. Meanwhile... You guys take a week to respond while sending endless spam emails multiple times a day. I looked you up on BBB and you're not even eligible. You guys received an F score. I am still waiting for my contacts to be delivered. Your shipping claims are false and misleads customers.

Thought the service was going to be great but just very poor business ethics all around. Lied about timeframes gave zero updates about the order or couldn’t get information about the order. Barely responded to emails or phone calls as well as phone lines are always busy if you get a call back expect it to be 4 hours or more after calling. The chat feature was terrible because the agent could never provide you with any information about your order. It was overall a poor experience I will not be recommending this website to anyone and will not be returning as a customer either.

Poor customer service. Placed an order for eyeglasses on December 19th no communication was provided. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold for 20 minutes finally chose the option for call back and did not receive the call back. Very unprofessional. Prices may be reseaonable however I'd rather pay full price and receive better customer service.

Ridiculous... ordered on the 28th got nothing but bs from the messaging no email about delay didn't get sent out til the evening of the 2nd won't get it for four days... nothing about delay left me hanging... MO fos

This site advertises a 2 day production for regular prescription which is false. I ordered my glasses on December 15th and did not receive them until December 31st. This was very frustrating for me as I needed them within a certain timeframe to be able to drive long distance safely. I also ordered 2 day shipping (20$) to speed up the process. This became an irrelevant extra expense as my glasses were not even out of production until the 28th of December. I asked for them to cover the fast shipping as a favor due to the issue in production. Instead they refunded the fast shipping and downgraded me to regular shipping. They also gaslit me through emails saying this was the normal time frame while contradicting themselves with a prior email apologizing for the unexpected delay in production. If you are choosing this site, like I did for fast turn around, please look elsewhere.

I called about two weeks after I ordered my contacts and was told that they were in stock and would be mailed out expedited 3 to 5 day shipping. I called about a week later and was told that they were in stock and being inspected , and the contacts would be mailed Expedited 3 to 5 days. I called today and was on hold for 35 minutes before I hung up. I received an email that said they were shipped, but tracking showed they are nowhere near me. Prices are expensive. I’m not impressed with any aspect of ordering from and EZ contacts.
