Poor communication, extremely long time before shipment (4+ weeks), spamming with marketing after order.

Ordered Jan 2, 2025. Credit card processed Jan 3, 2025. I contacted them thru their website 3 times Jan 9, 10 and no response. I called 4 times and left 1 message and the other 3 times my phone numbered wasn’t being recorded properly and after trying over 10 times each call, their automated system could not get the numbers I typed correctly- it had 999777333 instead of “973” every time I typed it out. After another 32 hours I received a reply phone call from the first automation message and she was completely clueless. She did find out the contacts were on delay from the manufacturer and said it’s not their responsibility to tell the customer about a delay of if it’s out of stock. She said she would contact the manufacturer and get back to me within a day… it has now been 3 days and no response. There is no area on their website to “cancel” an order, just “return”, which I obviously can’t do since I don’t even know if I’ll be receiving them. Great prices, not sure if you’ll get the contacts though

I ordered sunglasses that according to the website, were in stock and would ship in 3-5 days that was on December 27th. It is January 16th and still have not arrived. Shipping from New Jersey to Miami does not take 3+ weeks. Won't do business here again.

It has been 2 weeks since i ordered and paid with and expedited delivery. My glasses have not even shipped. I went to a local merchant and bought a pair of glasses locally as I do not trust I will even get my glasses within a months time. I would not recommend the site and will never use this service again as it is far inferior to frames direct and local providers.

Considering that it has been over two weeks and I have not received my frames (no lenses), EZ Contacts gets a zero. No communication from the company beyond the first “here’s your order number” email. I have called; wait times are very very long. I have requested a call back; I have not received one. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card. Terrible company.

I was emailed that I had ordered the wrong lens. I agreed and said to order as per my prescription and then was still sent out the wrong lens that I do not have a prescription for. now I have to return them and order again or go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, the delivery provider had issues delivering my contacts and it has now been over 2 and 1/2 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. They are apparently sitting in EZContacts Warehouse event though they promised to have them shipped out 2-3 days ago. Additionally, when I have called to check status or inquire on location of my glasses it has taken hours to get a callback. I'm sure when things go right they are great. However, you truly see the quality of a company when things do not go right. In this case their have been issues and I have been terribly disappointed in their handling of this situation.

Sent contacts without verifying prescription. If they would have taken the time to verify like they are required to, the incorrect contacts ordered never would have been shipped! My mistake for ordering the incorrect brand but they should have verified the prescription with the Dr!!

Ez contacts. My order never arrived two weeks ago. I called and the rep told me they were out of stock. I was never advised. The sales rep proceeded to sell me another brand. After she told me it was 2995 for next day shipping and charged me for the new set of contacts to be shipped out. She says oh it’ll be two weeks because they’re out of stock and then I had to deal with getting a refund for what she just charged Now it brings me to this next order. It is still not here yet. It was ordered on Thursday of last week today shipping I called. They said oh I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. They didn’t refund me the shipping they didn’t do anything. Customer service is terrible.

I ordered these frames a month ago and sent a couple follow-up requests of when I was going to receive the non prescription frames. I finally received and update I was supposed to receive them today and as of 7:49pm, I still have not received the product. For what was supposed to be a Christmas present, arriving over a month late, I’m very disappointed of how long it’s taking.

So disappointed. Frames are beautiful, but the prescription isn’t correct. Very strong and feels skewed. I’ve ordered online from other companies and this is by far the worst lenses I’ve gotten. Not even wearable at this point.

Placed my order almost a moth ago, still have not received. Last week I followed up and was told 6 more days which passed already. I followed up again yesterday, no response. Total waste of my time! If you do not have the product, do not advertise that you have! you took my money and make wait without even having a dicency to follow up.

Terrible, experience, they claim in stock and overnight shipping, it took two weeks to get my order shipped. Promo code process is a joke. Total scam. I will promptly return my items for a full refund.

I made a last minute purchase because I needed new glasses for 2024. I called to find out about them and the girl said they were working then on Monday and it’s Sunday and started a chat and Rod tells me they are waiting to be stocked and doesn’t know when it will be restocked. Shouldn’t I have been made aware of this sooner than now. Never will I do business with y’all again. You have lost a customer. Not like y’all care anyway.
