My shipment for Christmas was back ordered and I got no notification advising this. As a result, my gift has still not arrived. It has shipped but too late for a Christmas gift.

I paid for 1 day shipping on the 12/21/24 and my order was just shipped out on 12/31/24. Sent three messages requesting my 39.99 refund back for 1 day shipping and still have gotten no reply. Ordered from this place before and had an issue with shipping before to.

I decided to treat myself. I thought Gucci progressive Lens glasses. I couldn’t wait to get them. Imagine my disappointment when at first they took forever and I received delay messages and then when I finally received them the lenses were not fitted in the frames properly. It stuck out in one corner and I couldn’t pop it in. I had to return. So disappointed. Now I have none and insult to injury. I had to pay to ship back.

Will never use again. Still havent received glasses!!! Very slow serviceand dont keep delivery promises. Process orders slowly.

My order took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. The frame has a scratch, the lens have weird dots on the edges that shows. I'm really disappointed.

I never write neg reviews but I placed an order and tried to cancel it the very next day. Called, put on hold for 15 mins, put my number for call back which was did not happen. Emailed three times and no response. Just got an email that my order was shipped. Bad, Bad customer service.

Not gonna lie, worst experience I have ever had purchasing glasses in my entire 29 years of being alive on this earth and needing glasses. No updates for over a month unless I personally reached out myself via email, the tracking for my package was delayed multiple times and spent most of its time sitting in a warehouse, I received text messages stating that my package was “out for delivery” when it was indeed NOT out for delivery, nor was it able to be tracked at the times of the text updates when I received them (multiple days) as the shipping was listed as “transferring to local post services”. It took over a month for my glasses to even show up again in my email about beginning production. To the time of me writing this, I have still not yet received my glasses. I ordered my glasses in November of 2024 but chances are if I even receive them at all, they will not arrive until some time in January 2025. I feel this is entirely unacceptable for someone who absolutely requires glasses to operate in the world. A more honest approach at estimated shipping times, updates, or even payment plan options would be helpful as spending months without the money or the glasses and no updates seems a bit unnecessary to say the least. I read countless other experiences like this online and decided to give y’all a try myself personally and i should have trusted those other reviews because they were MORE than accurate depictions of the experience of shopping with EZContacts.

Paid $8.95 for faster shipping(2-3 business days). Ordered sunglasses on December 14.. didn’t receive them till December 28! I realized they wouldn’t be delivered by Christmas so I requested a refund. My email was ignored, instead of refunding my money they finally shipped them. I don’t recommend ordering from EZContacts.

EZContacts has some of the very cheapest prices on the Internet. You get exactly what you pay for!! In the last year or so I have attempted on three occasions to do business with these people. I should’ve learned from my first mistake and never again have attempted to do business with them. About one year ago I ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses from them. The glasses arrived with the lenses scratched and damaged. It took numerous emails and phone calls to get the glasses returned and a refund issued. I finally had to contest the charges with American Express. Given their extraordinarily low prices both my daughter and I ordered a pair of glasses from them again this year. My daughter‘s glasses took weeks to arrive with multiple glitches in shipping. I now have a pair of glasses on order, an order which was placed a month ago. About a week ago I received an email stating that a shipping label has been created, and the glasses are on their way. Nothing has happened since then, no documentation on the tracking that indicates the glasses are in the system and in transit to get to me. After an extraordinarily lengthy hold on the phone waiting to speak with customer service today they informed me that “there’s a problem and will have to contact the warehouse”. The first order from them last year was their fault, the two orders this year are my fault because I was stupid enough to try to do business with them again. I am a practicing emergency medicine physician and if I practiced emergency medicine as EZContacts practices the production and dispensing of prescription eyewear my entire career would’ve been devoted to defending malpractice lawsuits. Learn from my mistake, avoid these incompetent clowns like the plague!!

I contacted customer service on 12/26, escalating an issue to a Supervisor. As of today, 12/31, I have not received a return call. I called again and was put on hold for close to an hour with no answer.

My first experience with EXContacts was when I purchased my YSL aviator sunglasses. I was so excited to receive them until I realized it’s been 2 weeks and I hadn’t received my order. It wasn’t until I reached out for an update and the customer service informed me that my order was being restocked and it would take 2-3 weeks. It took a total of 10 weeks for my order to arrive. This was extremely disappointing and I would not be ordering from this company again .
