Absoutley the worste on-line and customer service experince. I'm suprised the company is still in business. They lied about the delivery time for my order and they sent me the wrong items.

The glasses took the expected 3 weeks to arrive, but when they got here, they were missing one of the lenses. So they’re completely useless to me right before Christmas. On top of that, it took several attempts to contact customer service via phone and email. Once I finally reached them, they didn’t really care and asked me send a picture of how I received the glasses before they could send a return. If you think this is some scam I’m trying to pull, can I genuinely ask why? All I wanted was to see for the holidays. Too big of an ask for a company with “EZ” in the name, I guess. I’m going to take my refund and go literally anywhere else with my money.

I have ordered from this company many times in the past. I I placed an order for another pair of the same carrera sunglasses I purchased in the past. Only this time the package arrive perfectly packaged untampered with without any sunglasses in the box. I’ve reached out by phone with no response or call back. I’m very disappointed bc it was one of my husband Christmas gift. I actually left a review from the first pair with his picture. I would appreciate if some one would get back with me about this. I advise customer to record while opening their package

I placed an order Nov 25 and am still awaiting delivery. I received an email that there is a delay but wasn’t provided an estimated shipping date and still don’t have tracking information. The item was allegedly in stock when I ordered so I’m just left waiting.

They promoted a pair of sunglasses with a banner at the top that said order today to receive by Christmas. I ordered the product and it just kept saying "order processing" but never shipping. They never answer their phone when you call but I finally spoke with someone via their website chat and they confirmed they didn't actually have ANY of the ordered sunglasses in stock and wouldn't receive them from the manufacturer for 1-2 more weeks (I paid for expedited shipping). What a scam company. Don't trust their product list, their shipping claims, or their customer service. This is a truly UNETHICAL, scam of a company.

Took a while to get and the glasses don't feel like normal Ray-Ban quality. And came with a paper like case instead of something more substantial. Also the vision blurs towards the edges of the view. Do not seem high quality. I believe them to be counterfeit.

I placed an order for contacts on 5 Dec. It gets to be 18 Dec and I see they haven’t even left the warehouse. No response to my inquiries on what’s going on so I proceed to make an appt at a local eye doctor since I’m now completely out. The day of my appt, 20 Dec, I get an email saying my contact order has shipped…

This place is not available, if you have issues, they are impossible to reach, the phone says they will call you back, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't! I tried to get in touch with them off and on for 2 to 3 weeks, when someone finally did call back, they has no answers and had no way of getting them! It is just to difficult a company to deal with! It is too bad!

I ordered sunglasses ordered and paid for them over a month ago. I got 1 email a week after ordering them saying they would be late. I have not heard anything since. It’s now a week before Christmas and still nothing. I have not found a way to contact anyone at the company. But I get daily emails trying to sell me other products! Never again will I buy from this company.

I don't inderstand why it took 6 days to ship a very simple order. I talked to the order person and told them I was essentially out of contacts and she assurred me that they would ship "immediately". So maybe I will receive something Thursday or Friday-

When I ordered it said they would arrive in 5 business days at the latest. I had to finally order from 1-800-contacts because it took weeks for my contacts to ship.

I paid for 2-day shipping, I ordered the item on Friday and the site says item shios within 24-hours. This means it would have made it to FedEx by Saturday. Delivered within 2 days is Tuesday. I would not have paid for expidited shipping if I knew 2 business days actually meant 4 business days (3 if you dont count any of Friday.

Extremely deceptive online site for ordering glasses. More than likely it is a scam. You get through the whole order thinking you can add your prescription and there is no option, so you order while thinking it will be added on later. Attempted to call/ email/ message to cancel order. On hold for more than 25 minutes with no response.

This company is a total sham. It’s been 10 days since I placed my order and it still shows it’s being processed. There is no update as to when it will ship according to customer service as the manufacturer is fulfilling the order with them. This is the 2nd time I have attempted to order something and had the same excuse. It took nearly 2 months the first time and they send the wrong glasses and gave me trouble when I tried to return them.
