I ordered my contacts 12 days ago and have yet to recieve them or any updates. I asked for this to be treated as urgent and be escalated. Hindy did not escalate the issue and did not guarantee me my refund or delivery of my contacts. Please email me to discuss this.

Contacts were not in stock but they let the order go through anyway, here I am 12 days later hoping the contacts show up in 2 more days. If the dang contacts are not in stock, you need to let us know so we can go somewhere else. Only when I called twice to get status was I told they were on back order, and the associate was not empowered enough to upgrade my shipping. Do not order from these people until you call to confirm they have your contacts! -Dissatisifed T Clarks Green, PA

The customer service is terrible. I tried calling several times looking for my order and it hangs up on you forcing you to send a message via email and the responses looks generic and automatic. I will NEVER order through them again!! Horrible!!!

I have 2 orders one placed Nov, 15, 2024 the other placed on Nov. 20. 2024 that are still prcessing. I placed an online inquiry 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response from Ez Contacts.

Takes over two weeks to process an order with an existing prescription when other sites are within a couple days. Plus shipping time. Takes too long for over priced contacts. Will not be ordering from them again.

Item was out of stock and I was still allowed to purchase it without knowledge of OOS. It took over two weeks to get my contacts. I asked for a future discount code to keep me as a customer and it this request was ignored. Poor customer service!

Ordered with $40 one day shipping. Order was not processed and did not ship for 4 business days despite the 1-2 day policy. No delay explanation provided. Obviously, the order didn’t arrive before I left town. Emailed customer service with no response.

I ordered a glasses > 1 month ago and they haven’t shipped yet. They also didn’t accept my request to cancel the order. Their customer service don’t really my calls. Very disappointed. I’m thinking they could be a fake website. I’m planning to complain about them.

I paid extra for blue light glasses but my friend did a test and the blue light did pass through the glass I purchased from EZ contacts. Basically, they scamed me. I wan my money back.
