Takes far too long to ship the product. I can’t imagine what nightmare the return policy may be if I have to return the sunglasses.

I’ve been a satisfied customer of EZ Contacts for years, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. My last order took over six weeks to process, only to be informed that they couldn’t fulfill it. It would have been much appreciated if they had reached out sooner instead of me having to initiate the call. While the refund process was quick and easy, the wasted time and uncertainty were frustrating. I hope they can improve their communication and order fulfillment processes in the future.

I ordered glasses oct 11 arrived november 23. thats 44 days. I contacted them first after 3 weeks. They said manufacturer is out of stock. I emailed them again and they said it will be 3 more weeks unless i pick another model. then it was a few more weeks. They dont keep anything in stock i guess and drop ship. Even though when i ordered it said "IN STOCK"

Ordered contacts over a week ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Called customer service for assistance and the lady was of no help, rude and put me on hold until my call expired. Horrible customer service! We’ve ordered contacts here forever. My son is a high school student athlete who will be out of contacts as of tomorrow with no idea when we will receive our order

I did not receive my order when it claimed to have arrived. I emailed and have not heard back. I tried calling twice and waited an hour the first time and over 30 minutes the second time before I had to hang up because I had to go. If I don't hear back soon or get ahold of someone soon, I will report this.

Poor customer service. I waited a month for a pair of prescription glasses that were in stock. Every time I asked for an update, I received a generic response that my glasses are in production and would be another 3-4 business days until shipped it. I was told this multiple times. I am not very happy with this company, will not shop here again.

My order was VERY delayed with ONLY 1 email about the status. I filled out the online message board to check on status of my order and NO reply. I'll NEVER use you again and will write a Google Review tomorrow when I have time.

Very disappointed that I placed my order on October 3rd and the items did not ship until November 18th. There was no communication regarding any delay or why the product did not ship timely. After multiple calls to Customer Service, on hold for over an hour I finally spoke to someone that the items would finally ship but no offer of an apology.
