It’s been over a month since I’ve placed my order and paid for my item. It still has not shipped and I haven’t received anything. Very disappointing.

For the first several orders, they were great. This one must have been lost b3cause it took 3 weeks to get a shipment confirmation

Waited on hold over an hour before requesting a callback. Customer service rep (Pilar?)was extremely rude and told me to call back Monday if I still didn't get my contacts after explaining no shipment movement in 4 days and completely out of contacts. Never using this company again. Beware stay away

I don’t know if this is legit site. I think they put out a great price for contacts and then can’t follow through. I ask for a delivery date and they could not give it to me. I cancelled my order.

Unfortunately, I have not received my glasses that were ordered about a month ago. As a matter of fact the status still says processing. Communication has been them indicating that ezcontacts will let me know when my glasses are shipped, and that's after I reach out. Hoping when that happens, shipping wont take as long as processing.

I ordered my sunglasses on 11/20/24 and a label was just make on 12/2/24! They should be at my house by now!

False advertising. You advertise insanely low prices in your search engine results then rug pull your customers and tell them that you must lie because all of the other companies do too. Your company is immoral and evil.

Immediately upon submitting an order I realized I made a mistake and emailed ezcontacts to stop my order. The very next day, I received a confirmation that they were shipping my order even though the order did not match my prescription. When I placed my order, they displayed a message that stated any order for contact lenses in my state is required to have a matching prescription. They obviously don't follow this requirement. What disappointed me most was when I tried calling their customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up and called their sales line. That call took less than 1 minute to answer. They obviously don't prioritize customer service at the same level as sales. The person who took my call was very nice but said I would need to wait for the shipment and ship it back. Fast processing but poor service.

Ordering contacts was fine, but after completing payment a survey pop up pops onto the screen just prior to moving on to uploading the prescription for my lenses. Unfortunately, the pop up is not functional, nothing is clickable! Despite multiple attempts to get this pop up to click or close, I had to close the entire app, log back in and upload my prescription. So, when I got the chance to complete an actual review about my experience I did, and ezcontacts response was ‘email us at this address to explain the issue’. My review outlined my issue, why should I have to reach out to them?! Fix the pop up, period.

The wait time was way longer than advertised for one, and then I finally received my glasses and one of the lenses is very poorly fit. There is a white tape or residue still left on the left lense. It is visible from both the front and back of the glasses and looks terrible. I can notice it when I am wearing them and it is super annoying. I have to send them back now, and judging by how long it took them to get them to me in the first place, I probably won’t have them back and ready to wear for a while. We will see how they handle the situation and that will determine whether or not I will change my review and end up recommending to anyone. As of right now I would say definitely not. The craftsmanship is atrocious. I wish I could post photos or videos.
