I never purchased these glasses. My card was stolen. I let you guys know instantly, and you still took the money and shipped the glasses.

EZContacts says they will contact you within 24 hours if your order will be delayed, but they don't. My order was processing for over two weeks, and when I emailed them directly it took them three days to respond. I still haven't received my contacts, and I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew it would take this long.

As someone who has been a loyal customer of EZ Contacts for years, it pains me to write this review because I’ve always had great experiences with their products. They’ve been my go-to for contact lenses, and I’ve recommended them countless times. However, this recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I placed an order for contact lenses on January 6, and today is January 28—it looks like they’re finally being shipped. After submitting my prescription within a couple of days, I heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times but never received a response. Over a week ago, I sent two separate messages asking to cancel my order because I could get the lenses elsewhere in just a couple of days. Still, no response. Every time I checked the status, it just said “processing in the warehouse.” Then, without any update or confirmation, the lenses were suddenly being shipped today. In the meantime, I reached out to a competitor, who graciously overnighted lenses to me at no additional charge. Their customer service was everything I wish I’d received from EZ Contacts. While I’ll keep the lenses from this order (if I ever actually receive them), I want to warn others: if you’re low on lenses and need a quick replacement, this is not the place to order from. Be prepared to wait three weeks or more before your order is shipped. It’s genuinely difficult for me to write a bad review about a company I’ve been so happy with in the past, but great customer service is everything—especially when it comes to something as essential as contact lenses. EZ Contacts, I hope you take this feedback to heart and work on your communication and order processing times because I’d love to return to being a loyal customer someday.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact a representative, I have yet to receive any correspondence back. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected better communication and support, and I am now compelled to reconsider ever using or recommending your services in the future. Terrible experience. It took 2 weeks for the contacts to ship out during which time the company didn’t provide any information. I had to call them myself and deal with a very rude customer service agent to be advised that the contacts were not in stock and they were waiting for them to be. Mind you, when I placed the order, it showed that they had the contacts in stock. I had even paid for it expedited shipping, which was pointless to do their delays. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep wouldn’t even put me through to one. Just an awful experience. Go elsewhere to buy your contacts.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered prescription sunglasses with the demo color BLACK, yet you have provided me with clear lenses instead. This is absolutely unacceptable. I spent almost $600 on this order, expecting to receive the correct product in a timely manner. Not only did you fail to fulfill my order correctly, but you also did not ship the item the next day as promised. I have been waiting unnecessarily and still do not have the sunglasses I paid for. I demand that this issue be addressed immediately, and that my prescription be correctly applied to the sunglasses matching the BLACK demo color, as originally ordered. I expect a prompt resolution and an expedited shipping process to rectify your mistake without any further delays. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a concrete resolution today. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate further. I look forward to your swift action.

I selected EZ for the promise of 5-day shipment and availability of the product. The order received a delay and they notified me of that but then 20+ days passed with not added update. I attempted to get an update 6 times via the text and email process it is seemingly useless. I just got notified of the shipment and tracking number. I am glad this may be coming to an end. If not for the lack of communication a delay is fine but that lack of reply to my requests was frustrating. I hope they fix it.

Very challenging and frustrating company to deal with to resolve one simple problem i.e. replace an expiring box of contact lenses (note: within three days of receipt of order) Original order date 12/16/2023 and as of today, January 24. 2025, issue remains unresolved !!!

Even though ezcontacts does not have a item in stock, they sell the items with ‘3-5 days shipping’ sign on their website. I waited almost a month and still do not receive the item yet. So fraud advertisement.

Shipping is horrible, over 15 days and it's less than 40 miles from me. Customer service didn't return a single email.

Unsatisfactory. Ordered item on Jan 4 with promise of 3-5 days shipping and did not receive shipping confirmation until Jan 23. Lots of emails back and forth with customer service, but they were not helpful.
