Was told misinformation by multiple CS reps, despite getting sent a defective pair of glasses on my original order. This has been by far my worse CS experience of any company I've ever dealt with. Will make sure to spread the word on the poor service. Would never do business with again.

NO stars given! I did NOT get my glasses , and was still charged for them!!’ I was a regular costumer, buying maybe 1-2 pairs a year! NEVER AGAIN’

I am very dissatisfied with your company. I paid 20 dollars for 2 day shipping. Placed order on 2/11. The estimated ship date is 2/17. I want a refund on shipping charges

It has been a month since I placed my order and glasses have not been shipped. Spoke with customer service and had a horrible experience. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent me to an automated system. I’ve sent messages and have not record any response. Trying to resolve this issue but can’t seem to be able to.

I got anti-reflective lenses expecting less glare, but they do the exact opposite. Everything reflects more than ever, and my eyes hurt even more now. Instead of improving my vision, these lenses make it harder to see, especially in certain lighting. Total waste of money. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I ordered prescription glasses over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received them. I got one email saying that there was a delay and nothing else I cannot see without my glasses and I’ve been really disappointed in not knowing when I’m going to receive them. If they’re not in stock then they should be sold out on the website. It said online 3-5 days extra for prescription lenses. It’s been well over a month. Not a great customer experience.

Took almost a month to get my product shipped. Sure, while they said the item would ship in aprox. 10 days - they kept delaying shipment. If you are not in a hurry to get a particular frame or complete set of glasses, i guess it's ok. If you are in a rush - not sure about ordering from EZContacts.

I will never buy from EZContacts again. It took 27 days to get my glasses. When I called after the first week without any progress, I was told the frames had been out of stock and the glasses were being made that day. A week later, when there was still no further update, I was told that because I ordered edge polish, it would be yet another 3-5 days. Even their "expedited" shipping took 5 days. The glasses seem fine. But the service is awful.

Order took longer than expected, the company even emailed acknowledging the delay which I appreciated. Unfortunately even with the extra waiting my order arrived incorrect. Contacted customer service. Will update review based on resolution.

Not happy about the delay in processing the order and then the shipping took far to long. Paid more for this product because i wanted to get it as quickly as possible (Not available locally at 5 sites) and it cost me more and took 5 days longer than if I had ordered off Amazon.

I would not buy from here again. I ordered on January 30, called on February 10 to ask about an update(after emailing). They said my order would be delayed another week because they weren’t in stock. No notification to let me know . They offered to cancel but it’s already too late as another company would take a week as well.
