I'm waiting for it to arrive, I just received a track, but I bought the glasses, and I paid for faster delivery. After a day I received information that it would be late, but now the track has arrived. Let's wait

Didn't even process my order for 7days. I even included my RX. Never received any reply to my emails asking for updates, don't take any phone calls for Cust. SVC. Very poor service

I sent a message 10 minutes after I ordered to cancel and was ignored. I used the wrong credit card for payment it should have been my HSA card.

Have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my order it even be shipped out. Had to send out 2 emails, and call to see what was going on. Never informed me the product I ordered was out of stock. Still waiting for them to be shipped out.

I received a notification on 02/19 that the refund process was initiated; however, as of today, the financial institution has not received the refund. Additionally, the second item was canceled due to a long delay on your part, and the refund has not been issued yet

Ordered and uploaded the prescription on Feb 17 but I didn’t get any notification from you over a week. Terrible service. I’ll go back to 1800 contacts.

Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer Service. Awful expectation setting. I placed an order on February. 18th. No updates. After calling Customer Svc NO RETURN PHONE CALLS - you can NEVER get a human to answer the phone in the first place. You are forced to leave your number to which NO ONE calls you back. I sent emails - no response. I finally got an email weeks later telling me my order was delayed. NO KIDDING! Awful. Terrible!

Very unhappy- I finally bought a brand name pair of glasses which were $400 and they came 2 weeks late- to make it worse- the prescription wasn’t even close to mine - I tried to get a live person to discuss and got a automated system- then the free return label only insured $100 so if it got lost - so wd my refund of $400!!! So I paid $16 to return and still no refund

I orders Maui Jim Ocean sunglasses and they sent the wrong glasses. They sent a completely different style and now want to charge a restock fee.

My product was apparently on back order but I was never informed at checkout or updated post purchase. The package took nearly two weeks to ship and I never received an update. I eventually called to cancel my order and it was then that I was informed it had been on back order and that it “shipped today”. Yesterday, when I received the glasses, they were defective (all of the hinges were loose, the glasses creaked after any kind of movement). I have begun the process of returning my purchase and given the poor communication and delayed shipping, I will not be purchasing from EZ contacts again. I’d rather go to my local mall and avoid this headache.
