I have recently used Park and Ride for You Ltd based at Langley Yard, near Gatwick. The customer service is just indescribable and unprofessional. Facilities on site are unusable- like a squat- filthy and not fit for purpose, the yard itself is a free for all, with keys held in plastic bags,no paperwork provided, more money requested on arrival, no sign of clear secure parking. The transfer vehicles are unsafe with no full sets of seat belts, parts falling off and warning lights flashing on the dashboard. Our return transfer the young driver was going round blind bends on the opposite side of the road at about 50mph with a small child in the rear of the vehicle. He attempted to drive at oncoming vehicles and go through traffic lights. I did not feel comfortable using this company and would have found somewhere else had I had the choice. The reviews on the site are inaccurate, please look at the Google reviews as these are more accurate with stories of police intervention already existing. I will not be using this company again and would worry about choosing someone else from their site based on this.

Do not book with then if you want your car returned as you left it. Awful company, we got the car back and the interior was absolutely damaged with shoe prints everywhere. The stains cannot be removed despite cleaning the car twice. We contacted them again and again and we only got an email that they will give us back £20! Stay away from this company!

If I could give minus points!!! Ended up phoning greater Manchester police to retrieve my car keys after they parked my car in a disabled bay and went off with my keys! 2 and a half hours stood outside my car waiting for them to be returned and had to pay the bill to exit the short stay!! Police told me a wide lot of the drivers were arrested last week for driving under influence of cocaine and with no licenses. Clear money laundering business!! Lock up the owner and do not use!!!!

If there was an option to leave no stars, then I would. Called at 1.30 in the morning to advise we had landed. Still stood waiting in car park with two small children at 2.30am. Every time I called, was told the car is 20 minutes away and then was hung up on!

Ezybook.co.uk are quick to take your money and car keys, but also your time, holiday calmness and soul when ‘delivering’ your car back upon return. The story begins with the ‘greet’. Upon being directed to what felt like the 300th floor of a Gatwick airport car park, we were able to identify the valet service person. Wearing close to sweet FA by way of uniform and providing little assurance other than a receipt, we parted ways with our car. Who knows if we were to ever see it again. Fast forward a few days, and feeling refreshed after a few large beers and a cheeseboard of 2, we landed at Gatwick North terminal. Let the chaos begin!!! The instructions were to phone a mobile number to request your car back to the drop off / pick up point. The number took an eternity to actually reach the company, using the term company about as generously as it gets. I’m not sure who answered the phone, I didn’t get his name, and I’m not sure he’d even know it anyway. The guy sounded like he’d smoke a herb or two. There was screaming and shouting in the background like a 1980’s football derby. The guy struggled to take note of a number plate and vehicle type. Critical Information for a car valet service you’d think. We were told numerous times of car was ‘on its way’ only for 30 mins to pass and no sign of our beloved chariot to take us home. Fast forward a number of hours, possibly days or weeks… and there was still no sign of the car. Panic ensued as other customers were finding bits of their cars in the car park, damaged with keys left on wheels and no valet service in sight. It was at this stage we wondered if we’d ever get home. Phone calls were made to loved ones, we feared the worst, would we ever see them again?! Numerous further phone calls to the zero-helpline and our ‘friend’ who somehow become ever more rude than he started, lead us on a merry game of where’s my car. Thankfully we’d all watched “Dude where’s my car” and spirits to find our wagon remained high. Like a pack of ravished hyenas we searched for what we so desperately needed, not a fallen wilder-beast, but salvation on wheels. After a train ride, a few threats of calling the police, we finally found the unfindable, not £5 pints in London, but our ride home, unlocked with the keys hidden on the wheel, and a sign saying drop to the north terminal, exactly where we was waiting. The mother-fudgers!!! The car was parked across two spaces sideways, covered in mud and absolutely stank of brute aftershave - the sort your creepy long lost relative wears. I can’t begin to imagine what these scammers had used the car for, and maybe I don’t want to know. After a stop to refuel on the way home we finally arrived 5 hours after our ordeal began. Ezybook - more like a shambles. I’d rather dangle my genitalia in a bear trap than use these muppets again!

we arrived at the meeting point 18:30 Sunday. after 4.5hrs and 83 phone calls of being told the car was 15mins away we were then told the car had been left in the car park with the key next the to the car. by this point there were 10 other people waiting for their cars to be returned and panic was spreading across the group as we all realised we’d probably been scammed. after searching each floor of the car park we didn’t find our car, but we did find 5 of the other cars with the keys left alongside them and the company receipt on the dashboard. of these 5 cars - 2 were damaged, 1 was a different colour and the final 2 had been pictured crossing the finish line of the Dakar Rally that very morning in a photo finish for the final podium position. sadly they didn’t leave the celebratory champagne but the 2 used condoms on the passenger seat suggested that the black Focus was the victor in the dead heat and, surprisingly, rather spacious inside. after commiserating with the owner of the 4th place Clio we realised we’d had our phone numbers blocked by the company and we had to find a pay phone to call them and give them the news that our car wasn’t among the those found in the car park hunt. at this point they accused us of lying about which terminal we were at, not dropping the car off the first place, then told us we don’t actually own a car, that we were all part of a simulation controlled by the mainstream media and then, that actually they still had the key there in the office and someone would be along with the car in, you guessed it, 15mins. with the ultimatum of - tell us where the car is now or we will call the police, they finally admitted that the car was actually at a different terminal entirely with the key handily left next the the car. we then bid farewell to the remaining waiting customers and boarded the train to the other terminal to search the levels of the exciting new car park. we amazingly found our white Fiesta even tho it was half caked in mud. how it was only the top half i’ll never know but i have to admit, part of me was pretty impressed. when opening the (unlocked) car door the smell of cannabis was so blinding by the time i’d recovered the ticket from the dashboard and walked to pay the charge, my feet had become stuck to the floor and i was engrossed in a deep and meaningful debate around the ethics euthanasia with a bollard. thankfully we could agree that using a bollard was highly inappropriate and my feet became unstuck. after paying the 20quid charge to release the car we then began driving home with our heads out of the window before running out of petrol about 20mins later. when pushing the car to the nearest garage the boot popped open and we found a black sports bag stuffed with cash and 2 bricks of unbranded sugar. after the strongest coffees of our lives we managed to get home in record time and finally put the saga to bed at 4am Monday. overall i’d have to rate this service a deserved 1 star out of 5. yes, they’re a bunch of lying, thieving, degenerate scumbags but they sure do know their sugar! and the 10grand in small notes more than covered the tank of petrol and platinum car wash when we woke up Wednesday afternoon.

I would give a minus if I could. My work keys are missing from my glove box, which was locked before handing the car to them. Don't use this company. Car was damaged when returned. Charged me an extra £12 as I have a Volvo XC90, which they didn't mention on booking. Disgraceful!

All the bad reviews mirror our experience. Absolute shambles of a company, paid £80 for parking at Manchester airport (via Ezybook for mg parking) I believe mg is operating under a very similar name to a reputable good company so be careful. Disgusting stressful experience, left at the airport for over an hour at 3am with two kids, calls ignored, being sworn at abused, eventually got picked up after we threats to call the police for car theft. Appalling experience and too long to write about but please avoid, pay double if you have to, one guy nearly missed his flight- not sure if he did. Ezybook take no responsibility as they are just the booking agents. HORRENDOUS STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. The car park is actually a scrapyard with a gritty caravan that looks like it’s used by a serial killer

Disgusting company, only 1 star cos wont let me write a minus score. They owe me £23 as they didn’t collect me from Manchester airport terminal 1 at 01.45 as promised, I tried calling and they said the mini bus was broke and I shud get a taxi, which cost me £17, they’d charged me £6 for parking thru never used,£23 in total, they wouldn’t give me the cash back when I finally got to the disgraceful parking area and told me to email them and they would refund. I am not letting this go and will involve trading standards and the police as I was told by the taxi driver that they scam people all the time and it’s their usual scam to say mini bus not repaired

Please do not use this company I paid £102.99p weeks before my flight with a company called Zenith through Ezybooks but when I dropped my vehicle off at meet and great they demanded another £103 or they would not park my vehicle, the reason given was that it was a van and not a car.....my van is far smaller then a Range Rover but the Range Rover would be no extra charge!.....what a disgusting excuse to just rip me off. I had a flight to catch so had no choice but to pay another 100% ontop of the original full price. He would not accept a credit card it had to be cash or bank transfer. I know they ripped me off and when I asked Ezybook for help they just ignored me, they also charged me £15 for a supposedly flat battery on my return.......Do not use these very dodgy firms.

Truly terrible company. Do Not Use Them!! I booked parking through them. The company that was due to provide me with the service in December 2023 had dissolved in May 2023. I found this out on the day I was flying when I rang the number provided by Mobit/Ezybook. I was then forced to arrange alternative parking. I have been trying to get my money back since December last year. Promise after promise to ring me back. Agreement to refund on one occasion then reneged.

Horrendous experience with this company tried to steal my car and charge me for coming back two hours early!! Scary man was aggressive and violent with me and tried to steal my car from the terminal when I objected to the extra charge had to snatch my own keys out of the ignition to get my car back!! Man was aggressive to me and my boyfriend and gave us a token for £890 which he said good luck with getting out and laughed!! Please don’t use this company they are criminals I have reported them to the police who say this company is a scam and they do this everyday
