DO NOT BOOK!!! Long story short, we arrived back at Heathrow to be told our car key was missing. I kept ringing them back every 5 minutes to ask for an update to be told they were still looking and that they would call us back. After many phone calls of them not answering or putting us on hold they informed us that another driver had moved our car and then left our car key in another customers car who had since drove home to Newcastle Upon Tyne. We reported it to the police and they marked it as stolen. The company said they would reimburse us for travelling home, refund us for the parking and deliver our car to our home address. The next day we received a call from the police to say our car had been flagged up on the cameras and was found by the police abandoned in a side road a mile from Heathrow. The police recovered it and impounded it at Heathrow station. We then had to drive 3 hours back to London to pick it up and we had to pay £150 to get it out of the impound. Fortunately it was not damaged inside or out, it still had fuel, no significant extra miles on the clock and they had left the key on the tyre. I have never heard back from the company and I am now £400 out of pocket. These people are scammers so please DO NOT BOOK!

I would give no stats but wasnt possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We booked for our car to be picked up Manchester terminal 2. They wanted £6 off us to take car through the barrier, not told of this. Upon returning 1 week later car was brought back and again we had to pay £6 to get out the car park. When we got in the car we noticed fron passenger seat reclined fully back and mud in the footwell. My husband noticed about 60 additional miles on the clock and petrol low. We have rang several times and nobody gets back to us. We have also emailed and they want proof and are trying to make out were lying. Im contacting trading standards, and will warn others on all social media platforms. TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY.

My car was dropped off at a meet and greet between 16:20 and 16:35 on the 14th of February 2023 at Gatwick South terminal on level 4 orange car park before boarding my aircraft to Spain for a trip. On my way back from London Gatwick South Terminal level 4 Orange car park around 10:45 on February 18th, I noticed that one of the two Dash-cam connection cables had become detached from the connection. I immediately phoned the company to enquire as to why the dash-cam had been tampered with. The firm spokesman, Victor, stated that none of their employees had removed the dash-cam car wire. But, after reviewing the dash-cam video evidence, it became evident that the camera documented every horrible minute and daily usage of my car.

Avoid this company at all cost. I returned back to the London Heathrow T4. I rang them after collecting luggage. They promised 25~30 minutes waiting time, but ended up more than an hour. Called them few times, and every time they say they car is at the entrance of the terminal, and should arrive in 2~3 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting company, a bunch of scammers. DO NOT BOOK AT ALL. My mileage went up by 35, my engine was over heating . No coolant in my car when I got my car serviced a week before I travelled. They are a bunch of liars and scammers do not trust.

Don't use this company as they're a bunch of thieves! I cancelled my booking with them in August due to them wanting to charge me an extra £12 on top of what I had already paid. Still waiting for my refund in February and now not responding to my emails!

We booked for the car to be picked up in terminal 3 we called in they was so rude and told us to walk 15 min I have a child and a disabled mother I don’t even understand why I’ve payed money to be picked up from the same terminal I’m coming from but end up walking 15-20 min with a child and a disabled mother! What kind of service is this I tried to explain my situation on the phone but the guy I spoke to was so rude he didn’t even care I did mention it was terminal 3 but he did insist it would be 1 and that he won’t come to terminal 3 i have been booking this service everytime I travel and never have I experienced this before I could’ve payed for parking myself and done everything myself! I will make sure to rate the service I received from this company ! I will also want my full refund back due to what happened which is so disappointing and frustrating!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. MY CAR WAS LEFT WITH A FLAT BATTERY AT THE AIRPORT TO WHICH I INCURRED £337 CHARGES ON MY RETURN. THEY HAD NEVER TAKEN THE CAR TO THE COMPOUND AND THE DRIVERS WERE VERY UNHELPFUL AS WAS THE CALL CENTRE. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND HAD 3 SEPERATE PEOPLE EMAIL AND NOW THEY HAVE NOW STPPED RESPONDING. DISGUSTED

It was one of my worst experience in life, I WILL NOT recommend my worst of enemy to use this company reason, when I landed at the Heathrow Terminal 3 I contacted them to get my car ready but however the person on the phone replied very politely to me saying I should re-contact them after I have collected my baggage which I did upon that call they told me it will take 40-50 minutes I said ok and I will wait at the coffee shop (CAFFEE NERO), so near to the time I called the again and was told that it will be another 10-15 minutes more so I told the guy on the phone I am making my way up to level 4 with my family he replied that will be fine sir. When I got to the level 4 meet and greet they made me wait another 1 hour 20 minutes (me and my family waited a total of 2 hours 20 minutes before collecting our car). There for I will say to everyone out there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company should change their name from EZYbook to Terrible, unprofessional and slow book. Blue Circle look decent, Maple Parking and Purple Parking too. The first time we used them they were good but this time was awful and I will never use them again. I called the number on the way to the airport and told him we would arrive in 20 minutes, we arrived and I waited 10 minutes before calling again. When I spoke with the guy, he said I should have called upon arrival (he didn’t) so fair enough, he said I would have to wait 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called and he said someone would be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later he said 5 minutes. Then this kid straight out of college rocked up with a hoodie and his air pods (called Rahul) and took my car keys. No pictures, no collection stub or anything. I didn’t have time so I had to run otherwise I would miss my flight. On the return I had to wait 45 minutes and called them 6 times before I was got my car back. When I did, the driver was too busy speaking to his mother in India on louspeaker to give a care about me and didn’t even say sorry. I will never use them and I highly recommend you to do the same - Blue Circle look decent, Maple Parking and Purple Parking too

DO NOT THIS COMPANY. I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired Ezybook for a Meet and Greet service at Gatwick Airport. My car was returned full of empty cans and rubbish, including several car park tickets which proved that they were using my car for airport runs while I was away. All of which was at my expense as they had used almost half a tank of fuel when it was returned to me. They even had the brazen cheek to remove a child seat from the back seat so that they could fit more passengers in for airport runs, and when they returned the car to me the child seat was in the boot. Worse still was the damage to the alloy wheels and front tyres which had cuts to the outside walls and were unsafe. I had to replace the tyres the following day. The brazen abuse of the vehicle and the blatant abuse of the position of trust that was placed in them is breathtaking. On reading their terms and conditions it would appear that they can do whatever they like to your vehicle - including damaging it - whilst it’s in their care and you can do nothing about it, but you don’t get to see those terms and conditions until you’ve handed over the car. I have contacted Trading Standards over this issue but I won’t hold my breath for anything to happen. This company should not be trading and I urge you to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

SPAM!! Do NOT book through this site, Worst experience. Poor customer service,You will regret it I promise I have booked through this site to park for a Meet and Greet at Heathrow, from 14-Dec to 11-Jan, I couldn't travel on 14-Dec due to some health issues, I did pay for cancellation insurance, but I couldn't get a refund as I was trying to cancel 4 hours before travel (cancellation policy 24 hrs cancellation). then I used the same booking and traveled on 18-Dec, I also emailed them before traveling and they confirmed to me in the email that my booking was still active. I got a big surprise after reaching Heathrow airport when I contacted the number provided for the meet and Greet in the email, they said, My booking was canceled by Ezy and EZYbook is only the front end, they didn't inform us about your booking, so and I need to rebook and need to repay. as I don't have any choice, I have paid £240 (Original price I paid through this site was £150). When I emailed Ezybooking, they said, they can't do anything about this. I need to take them to court to get my money. Return trip: After landed Heathrow, I contacted the number provided to collect my car (After collecting my luggage), I waited for 1:15m ins to collect my car, Its not worth paying/booking through this site. Please don't book through this comparison site, try to book through the proper company for peace of mind.

Booked for Meet and Greet at T2 LHR. Was going arrive 30mins early, tried to ring to give them 30mins notice. No answer until we were 10 mins away. After waiting until 30 mins after original booking time, with no answer on the phone, we had to pay another service provider £150 to take our car away. Poor customer service ever since, no sufficient response and no refund, let alone reimbursement for the extra cost.

For god sake do not use this company. You will regret it I promise. Story too long and I don’t have the time. To date cost me hundreds and the parking tickets still coming in. I will never use meet and greet again.

this is just terrible service. absolutely disrespectful customer service. I will tell my story. when we returned from the weekend, I called and said the car would be waiting in the same place, but as it turned out, an hour later I was told that my car was blocked. then I waited another hour with small children. then they stopped picking up the phone and in the end they said that there were no drivers and they couldn’t bring my car to me and that take a taxi and drive to us. 5 hours later, only I was near my car. my kids were cold and sick after that. They didn't give me my money back and didn't even offer compensation.

We used ezybook yesterday for our trip to krakow from Manchester airport, we dropped the car off on Friday with no issues he seemed fine, we then got back yesterday and it all went down from there. I originally booked the wrong date which I understand is my fault but they do not set off anywhere until you ring 30 minutes prior, so I explained that I. Got the date wrong here’s the actual date and time ( so he knew when to set off and be ready to pick us up ) they charged me £20, which I thought fair enough abit steep for one little mistake but I agreed. We got to the airport at 10 pm lastnight, gave the driver a call and said we’re in the airport of course we don’t get signal on the plane so I couldn’t call prior, he said I’ll send a driver it should be 25 minutes, we waited 25 minutes no sign, gave him an extra 10 minutes, still not sign, we then rang them they said it’ll be another 25 minutes mu driver has “been in a crash” so we waited again. This time we was stood around for Atleast 45 minutes waiting, we had no phone call we had to chase them. Next to us was 2 groups of people who were waiting for “Manchester park and meet” and “Star ride” which funny enough is the same people from this company but under DIFFERENT names. He came flying up the road in my car in 50 mph speed on a 20 road, refused to give me my keys until I paid the fine even though we waited 2 hours for him in the freezing cold, gave abuse down the phone to my boyfriend and they have clocked up mileage on my car and used a lot of my petrol. They have refused to refund me, I’m £66 down and the company has since blocked my email, my contact number and gave abuse to my boyfriend down the phone
