Booked for Meet and Greet at T2 LHR. Was going arrive 30mins early, tried to ring to give them 30mins notice. No answer until we were 10 mins away. After waiting until 30 mins after original booking time, with no answer on the phone, we had to pay another service provider £150 to take our car away. Poor customer service ever since, no sufficient response and no refund, let alone reimbursement for the extra cost.

For god sake do not use this company. You will regret it I promise. Story too long and I don’t have the time. To date cost me hundreds and the parking tickets still coming in. I will never use meet and greet again.

this is just terrible service. absolutely disrespectful customer service. I will tell my story. when we returned from the weekend, I called and said the car would be waiting in the same place, but as it turned out, an hour later I was told that my car was blocked. then I waited another hour with small children. then they stopped picking up the phone and in the end they said that there were no drivers and they couldn’t bring my car to me and that take a taxi and drive to us. 5 hours later, only I was near my car. my kids were cold and sick after that. They didn't give me my money back and didn't even offer compensation.

We used ezybook yesterday for our trip to krakow from Manchester airport, we dropped the car off on Friday with no issues he seemed fine, we then got back yesterday and it all went down from there. I originally booked the wrong date which I understand is my fault but they do not set off anywhere until you ring 30 minutes prior, so I explained that I. Got the date wrong here’s the actual date and time ( so he knew when to set off and be ready to pick us up ) they charged me £20, which I thought fair enough abit steep for one little mistake but I agreed. We got to the airport at 10 pm lastnight, gave the driver a call and said we’re in the airport of course we don’t get signal on the plane so I couldn’t call prior, he said I’ll send a driver it should be 25 minutes, we waited 25 minutes no sign, gave him an extra 10 minutes, still not sign, we then rang them they said it’ll be another 25 minutes mu driver has “been in a crash” so we waited again. This time we was stood around for Atleast 45 minutes waiting, we had no phone call we had to chase them. Next to us was 2 groups of people who were waiting for “Manchester park and meet” and “Star ride” which funny enough is the same people from this company but under DIFFERENT names. He came flying up the road in my car in 50 mph speed on a 20 road, refused to give me my keys until I paid the fine even though we waited 2 hours for him in the freezing cold, gave abuse down the phone to my boyfriend and they have clocked up mileage on my car and used a lot of my petrol. They have refused to refund me, I’m £66 down and the company has since blocked my email, my contact number and gave abuse to my boyfriend down the phone

Do not use this company at all cost, we waited for our two cars from 3:20pm until 8:39pm. They have no regard to customer service and they abused one of the cars

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE AT ALL. I will be posting this on as many review websites as I can. My car has been stolen by a company called Platinum Parking Heathrow that I booked via Ezybook. They clearly don’t check to see if the companies they advertise on their site are legitimate, and when I called to inform them that I’m unable to get hold of the controller their advice was to “keep trying”. I was stranded for 5 hours at the airport before I went to the location stated online for platinum parking, and to my surprise it doesn’t exist. Ezybook has done nothing to help the situation and just advices me to make a claim on my insurance. The adviser on the phone simply hung up on me. Please do not book via this website.

SCAM: I booked for 28th Dec 23:45 for pick up of my car at Gatwick Airport with my family. Though prize might look cheap but they are very rude and doesn't respond to call . Called them least 40 times and they hardly picked up the call 2 times and that too didn't provide any clarity where should I come to collect the car. Very rude on phone and no courtesy and experience on how to deal with customer. In the middle of the night they called me to orange carpark and asked me to go to a different place which is 15 mins drive from airport and pick up my car. Ridiculous service and full scam. Please avoid. Going to ask for a refund else with make a formal complaint.

Please do not invest your money in this company. They take your money instantly, But if you cancel despite there promises you will never see your money again. Never usually write reviews but this company is an absolute waste of space. DON,T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Do Not Use This Company. They clocked over 200 miles whilst the car was in their possession leaving the 3/4 full fuel tank virtually empty upon return. To avoid facing us upon return of the car, it was dumped in a Blue Badge space on level 3 of the car park, not level 4 where the Meet & Greets are, and the driver legged it. Our BMW black box was reporting every move of the car with all details. This information has been provided to the company as proof of the misuse and unauthorised use of the car. The car was filthy, full of cans and bottles of drink, cigarette stubs, and even some clothes left behind. In addition a garage remote control was stolen. When trying to call and complain, they keep hanging up. The matter has been reported to the Met Police for the theft and unauthorised use of the car.

USELESS. Used for meet and greet at Heathrow. There very late to meet and and hour late to greet. Don’t use them. Totally unreliable and unhelpful. USELESS

I don’t have to explain anymore. Same experienced as anyone else here. I reported to the police and Action Fraud authority. Hopefully, the fraudulent authority will take action soon and no more naive customers like me fall into trapped by this group of south Asian con artist.

AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY To cut a Long story short my car was returned to me without a catalytic converter, the day of my arrival I was sent to various floors of the short stay carpark on arrivals, eventually I found my car RAC had to be called my car had to be towed back to Bristol and now I am facing a bill of a few thousand. Not to mention the stress of it all travelling with a disabled child is not easy I would never want anybody to experience what I did. So please do not use this service.

Shocking experience when I came back I got my car back after waiting for five hours and it came back with a big scratch and dent in it and now every time I ring them they say we are just a booking platform and ring the service provider when I ring them they don’t want to do any thing these people are thieves don’t ever use I am not been too much I even have an email in which my app showed me that my car is being used while it was being left with them to be parked safely don’t ever use tgem

WORSE COMPANY. DID NOT COLLECT MY CAR AT AIRPORT DESPITE CALLING THEM OVET 30 TIMES, THEY LIED. KEPT ON SAYING SOMEONE IS ON THEIR WAY, WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHTS. We had to incur additional cost for a friend to come and pick it up. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND EVEN WHEN THEY AGREED TO. HAD TO MAKE CLAIM THROUGH VISA. DO NOT USE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been trying to get my car back from them for the last 27 hours and I have had to get the Metropolitan Police involved. The company tell me they have lost my car key and are doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Rude and unhelpful staff who lie to you and are blatantly aggressive and rude

Scary horrendous experience. Hard to know who is who but I booked Flexi aka Vip Heathrow parking aka Ezybook. The guy who picked the car up was friendly. I misunderstood about the carpark charge (£5.30). I offered to come back but they said I had to transfer them £25. It seemed like a made up fee but I paid that same night anyway and they confirmed they had received it by text. But when I went to pick my car up the guy said I hadn't paid and he wouldn't release my car. Both numbers I had for the company went to the same guy who was accusing me of not paying - even though a text from the same number confirmed I had paid. He kept telling me to pay and to stop wasting his time. It was awful and scary. I was with my baby waiting in the cold,I couldn't get through to anyone else except the guy who was accusing me and I really thought my car had been stolen. Eventually he realised I had paid after all and said he'd release my car. The other car company guys were trying to help me and said this kind of thing happens all the time with the unofficial companies. It might seem like you're saving ££ but it's really not worth it.

Booked parking, but after i have seen all negative reviwes, i decided to cancel it, they didn't respond till i open case on paypal and now they just told, refund is on process... There is no any info on their page about refund policy and on my questions ,when i will receive my money back, they just answered, Please dont brake email chain, dont text us anymore???????????????? I hope paypal will sort out question with refund
