About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

“I recently used their gardening service to prepare my garden for the winter season, and I was pleased with the result. Roses and bushes needed cutting, also lawn had to be cut. The job was carried out absolutely professionally and the technicians observed the needed social distancing. The two guys also cleared the area and took all the waste ( trimmings, grass and leaves) with them when leaving. I have no hesitation in booking Fantastic Services again!”

“It's my first time having my house carpets cleaned. I made an appointment online, and a girl from the call centre contacted me the next morning to confirm areas to be serviced and the quote. I chose this company because of the many positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. My initial appointment was for the midday, but they were thoughtful and called me back when they had a morning cancellation. That worked best. Cleaners were on time, called before arriving, and were very polite and professional. They explained to me everything very well and were very thorough. Saved me from getting new carpets because my carpets look terrific and smell great. So, thanks, guys!”

“My greatest compliment goes to the communication skills of the call centre staff. Since I’ve never booked a gardening service before, i had no idea what the procedure was, so I asked lots of questions. I had a polite young lady (at least she sounded young) give me detailed information about my every concern. I kept her on the phone for a long time, I’m pretty sure she was fed up with me after my first dozen questions, but she stayed calm and sweet until the end. Once I got properly introduced to the kind of work they do, I booked the lawn care service. The gardeners did a good job, I mean, how hard is it to cut grass? But my biggest praise goes to this sweet young lady on the phone. Good job, dear. I hope they pay you well.”

The last visit was last Friday, and the technician arrived early, was knowledgeable and did a great job. “No doubt a professional staff! At first, I asked the call centre agent about the variety of their cleaning services since I wasn’t sure what kind I need. She asked me a few simple questions and then booked me for a one-off deep cleaning. I’ve never booked such services before, so this was of great help. The cleaners she sent me were very swift and thorough. I mostly had my doubts about the bathroom. It was in a very poor state, i thought it wouldn’t be possible to have it effectively cleaned. “Packing and moving were from the highest quality. The two lovely guys carefully packed my belongings, taking attention to the fragile stuff. “This company is just simply excellent. I had my dog urinating and stitching in the carpet with its claws. As upset as I was yelling at my dog and upset over this thousand dollar plus carpet, when I called Fantastic Services, the problem got solved before it even began. They were at my home within 2 hours and did all the necessary job. I got my carpet back in its look as if I purchased it brand new. They cleaned up the entire carpet and fixed the little spot the dog created. Thank you!”

“Everyone on the team has been so accommodating. My regular cleaner does a great job. The first time I ordered the service, it was very last minute, and Fantastic Services sent a team to clean up my very messy house made by my dirty dogs during the muddy season.
