About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

“I have been using Fantastic Services to clean my house for almost a year now. I have found their staff to be professional, courteous, and always on time. They do a fantastic job and leave my home smelling fresh and looking great. The cleaner precisely cleaned everything, even the spots which were unreachable for me. “Big thanks to Fantastic Services. They provided amazing cleaning service to me! The technicians were hardworking and cleaned areas that usually people miss. The flat is now cleaner than when I moved in. The cleaners were all friendly and communicative. They arrived on time, and the house is like brand new. I would use the company again.”

“Fantastic services arranged for Grenade cleaning ltd to clean my one bed flat. I spoke to the cleaner when they arrived and explained what I wanted done. Unfortunately their standard of work was amazingly poor. The bath had not been cleaned , the bathroom floor was not cleaned. The floor in the kitchen where the washing machine had been was very dirty. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned and draining board was very smeared. I am not sure they did any cleaning at all. They had removed the plastic sheeting from the floor as requested but that’s all they did. If you want to waste your money then fantastic services are for you.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic service for our first cleaning with Fantastic Services. Our cleaner did a brilliant job and took care of our apartment after a tenant moved out. She had the whole place deep cleaned down to the baseboards and the shoe tray. Love that she used natural/ non-toxic detergants as well. Thank you, Fantastic Services!”

“Astonishing cleaning. The team was extremely helpful with the pre-christmas cleaning. I booked one-off cleaning along with deep oven cleaning and both services were amazing. The technicians give their best, and mostly would like to thank to the guy who cleaned the oven. I have never seen the oven such clean since I moved in to the house. “Warning!! Do not use this company or become a member of their club! They change their prices once you are a member so that you think you are getting a deal but you are actually paying more. When there is a problem they insist that you deal with an online portal so you can't talk to anyone to sort it out. Had real problems with this company. Very very poor customer services! You take a risk using their services.”

“I have never been let down by their handymen. I had over 6 services with them and all of them delivered with professionalism and diligence. The technician I had last week was as well, Fantastic as the previous ones. He came on time, started work straight away with and completed the whole list with services 15 min. earlier and he asked me if he could handle something else for me, for the rest of the time. I am absolutely amazed by the level of service, and would definitely keep using Fantastic Services in the future.”

In addition, he gave a lot of advice and explained everything about the stains he cleaned. The result was perfectly clean carpets, almost like new.
