The delivery driver delivered a box which I opened . I thought it was a Lego set which my daughter had sent as she will be arriving on holiday with her 2 young boys in a few days time. The driver returned with a parcel which was for me and severely damaged.. When he saw the box was opened he snatched the box from me in anger and said it was not for me . I was then met with a barrage of foul language . I am a pensioner and felt very threatened by his behaviour on my doorstep

Still waiting for parcel, and they keep saying they attempted delivery, has anyone got a contact number as the parcel is very important to my partner who is pregnant and the stress is starting to fuel

Sham fraudulent company ,the driver is initialing the delivery slip himself , we have photographic proof, we also have cctv , then he clicks it as delivered in his company system , it’s shameful , he also delivers to the local shop because he is too lazy to make the full journey , he tells the shop assistant that he will call the customer and never does, my package was in a shop that I actually don’t really use for over a month , the shop keeper asked him to take the package and he told her that he was phoning me ( never happened ) complete lies!! this company should not be allowed to trade their licence to trade should be revoked , just look at all the complaints about them online , why are they still trading ??, there is no way of contacting them , no direct number , the worst courier company I have ever come across , sad thing is there are decent people out there looking for jobs who would do a wonderful job given the chance and we end up with a company run so badly that there could care less if their driver deliverers or not , shameful

Talk about the worst delivery company in the world! Two years ago you destroyed our wedding flowers. Today when we contact you with a reference number we are told we need to contact the seller and have them contact you.... Talk about going around in circles. NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE FASTWAY

So far the communication is extremely poor. How do they stay in business? I have to say that in general delivery service in Irealand is 50 years behind Poland

Parcel "delivered" to number 75 but the address on the package is clearly number 65. Hence parcel incorrectly delivered. Parcel itself placed under the front gate at the end of the drive - left to the mercy of the elements. I have no idea how long it was in that, nonsensical, position before it was discovered. Hence parcel incompetently delivered. Not impressed.

The driver who deliver to dungarvan is not doing his work. He didn't try to call in costumers mobile number. And did't wait even 2 minutes to make the dekivery safe. Just left the parcel outside. Same happen to my friend as well with the same guy. Idiot.

Disgustingly poor service. Drivers always leave parcels outside in all weather despite a polytunnel door six paces inside my gate. Two deliveries got rained on. No contact phone number on website and no easy way to lodge a complaint. Very poor level of service altogether.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had 4 parcels due for delivery from Very. The tracking said out for delivery so I waited all day but nobody arrived. Next thing the tracking first says delivery rejected return to sender and then says left card with receiver, return to depot. I'm extremely upset about this. Absolutely disgusting service 😒.

I was notified that my parcel was delivered, however it was not at my home. I contacted customer service who advised me they would check with the driver and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago, I have contacted customer support multiple times only to be told the jobs has been assigned to someone so they couldn't help. This "customer support" is a joke. No way to contact anyone directly. I can be sure that where I see Fastway are the courier service, I will not proceed with my purchase. Would give 0 star review of possible.

So I left a review on 24th May about Fastway only delivering 1 of 2 boxes of a bed. So I cancelled the order. Well Thursday 4 July the 2nd box arrived with the whole side ripped off and battered, probably bits missing. Sent it back. I think this company strives to be the worst. Its like a badge of honor to them.

Parcel placed on delivery van. 2 weeks later no parcel. All I wanted was someone to advise me what to do next but despite 7 attempts to contact them I haven't had a single reply. They do send an automated reply saying they'll be in touch within 24 hours but that's it.

This company cannot be trusted. Got an email from them that my parcel will be delivered today, then after a while got an notification that my parcel was delivered and signed. I contacted customer care they found out that my parcel was left in petrol station, I drove around all petrol stations in town and none of them had it. Contacted customer care again , then they told me that parcel is with the driver and will be delivered today. Waited all evening, no sign of the driver and again I got notification that driver didn't have access to my building ( he didn't even bother to call). I contacted customer care once again and arranged collection in the depot centre at 4pm. I drove to the depot centre and they didn't know anything regarding my parcel and gave me the number of driver and told me to sort it out myself. My kindest advise to all companies do not use Fastway as you will be losing customers.

Even fastway customer service supervisors cant give me an answer or get my package delivered and get the workers of this company to do there job,,, that means were all in serious hassle regarding packages being delivered or stolen ,,, it seems Fastway is a great place to work ,,, you can be a thief, a lier , you can be forgerer ,, you dont have to do your job or answer for anything wrong thats done because the owners expect you to do wrong ,,, if you try and stand up for yoirself against fastway by contacting customer service and after a month of getting no where with any of them supervisors included they just pass the buck all over the place , lie so they dont have to do there job ,,, they dont like to deliver to urban/rural areas plain and simple ,, 75 % of there customers are taken care off and thats enough to keep the 💩ship afloat ,,, if they were any good they would put in there contracts that they dont deliver to Rural areas and stop f##cking with people as they have no right to do that ,,, would the owner of fastway like if he ordered something online and was given the finger by the courier company thats meant to deliver it 🤔,,, i bet you the owners of fastway would not like it if it happened to them ,,, people like that seem to be latest type of creatures that inhabit this planet ,,, there obviously abusing a tracking system that was meant to do good things ,,, unfortunately these days there are to many humans who seem to think that manipultion is a good thing and actually educate people on how to do it and its accepted because those laws were made by other manipulaters ,,, CROOKED BUSINESS PEOPLE ACROSS THE BOARD . FASTWAY HAVE MY PACKAGE FOR ONE MONTH AND NOT ONE THEM CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT HONEST ANSWER ON MY PACKAGE THEY ARE SCUM NOT EVEN THE SUPERVISORS WANT TO WORK AND PUSH A FEW BUTTONS MAKE A FEW CALLS THERE TO BUSY SUPERVISING THE COFFEE MACHINE AND GOING THROUGH ALL THE PACKAGES THEY STEEL FROM CUSTOMERS

It was "Onboard with the courier" for 16 days and after ignoring two complaint emails and escalating the issue with the original sender they marked it as Signature obtained and back dated it to 15 days before. I never received my package and I certainly never signed for it. I'm honestly disgusted and can't believe this company is allowed to operate when it's clear this is not the first time they have forged signatures.

Time after time the worst courier in the country. Parcel out for delivered yesterday still not delivered. Went on chat. Got "we'll contact the driver and email you". Immediately kicked off chat without a chance to respond. No email. How long can it take to contact the driver. Awful, awful courier, can't understand how any company uses them.
