Fastway Gouriers should be the name of this company ,,, my ebay purchase was in fastways possesion since 3/6/24 according to tracking info ,,, contacted fastway throught email on the 17/6/24 i was told later that day my package was located in Dublin ,, scanned and put on a container bound for Cork on the 17/6/24 which tracking info seemed to confirm ,,, today is the 25/6/24 and ive just been informed via email that my package has been misdirected ??? and cant be located they have checked CCTV footage for a human mouse who has eaten the container and all the packages ,, but CCTV doesnt provide Fastway Gouriers with any further information 🤔 which i do not believe for a second but Fastway Gouriers expect me to ,, the email from customer service was contact your supplier who will advise you on the next step 😂 imagine that 💩 . I would advise anyone making ebay purchase or any other kind of purchase to contact supplier and triple check on who is actually going to be delivering the package to final destination ,,, IF IT'S FASTWAY GOURIER'S ASK SUPPLIER TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICE AS FASTWAY GOURIER'S ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST THEY OBVIOUSLY MAKE UP THERE OWN MINDS AND MAKE UP EXCUSES IN ORDER NOT TO ACTUALLY DO THERE JOB AS THERE TO BUSY TRYING TO LOCATE CONTAINERS AND HUMAN MICE ON THERE CCTV FOOTAGE ,,, HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SUCH BULL 💩 IN YOUR LIFE ,, THIS IS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIANCE WITH FASTWAY GOURIER'S REGARDS ANOTHER DELIVERY SOME YEARS AGO I ACTUALLY HAD TO GET A FAMILY MEMBER TO GO AND PICK UP MY PACKAGE AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING ,, THE PACKAGE WAS HANDED INTO NEAREST POST OFFICE AND DELIVERED NEXT DAY VIA AN POST WHO ACTUALLY DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AND RESPECT THERE CUSTOMERS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB ,, BUT FASTWAY GOURIER'S SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE AND STILL HAVE A JOB AND COMPANY . The quality of this delivery service stands and falls with the van driver who “owns” a particular route or area. They are paid per drop, i.e. per delivery. Therefore, even though the customer / parcel recipient may have received a very early courtesy email from the company, excitedly announcing delivery “today”, if the driver has many, or as is often the case, too many parcel drops along one particular route, he / she either runs out of time or simply doesn’t bother heading to a location with fewer drops. It doesn’t matter whether the customer has paid for delivery within a certain timeframe, or even paid for overnight delivery, Fastway drivers will drop off the parcel as and when it suits them. This happened to me again this month. I had ordered an item I needed for my upcoming holiday; the excepted delivery date was a comfortable four days prior to my planned departure. On the morning, I received the delivery announcement at 7.18hrs by email; at 16.18hrs, an email arrived saying delivery had been attempted. This was untrue; I work from home. The same happened the following day at 18.06hrs. I sent a complaint through the Fastway website but as it was after office hours on a Friday, a reply was only sent the following Monday after I had gone on holidays – without the item I had ordered and not received. Once I had returned from abroad, Fastway arranged a renewed attempt for my parcel to finally be delivered. As per usual, the early morning email arrived; then, at 15.25hrs, I received a call from the van driver. To be fair, the man had only just started on that route and was entirely polite and professional. However, he did inform me that he had so many deliveries to fulfil that day, that he was only driving one route, and it would not be ours. He apologetically told me that, given the number of deliveries on the other route, it wouldn’t be “viable” to also call out to my address. He did promise delivery on the following day and was as good as his word. That is how I got to take delivery of my parcel almost two weeks after the previous driver should’ve dropped it off. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and it is not the first time this has happened to me. For a while, there was a Fastway driver on our route that was as reliable as they come. He might only arrive after 19hrs on an evening, but if you got your email in the morning, you knew you were going to have your parcel that day. Period. The company urgently needs to put the foot down on the “bad eggs”. No matter how helpful and usually prompt the customer service agents are (and they generally are that), if the driver doesn’t do what the company is paid for, i.e. promptly deliver parcels, then it’s not a lot of good to the customer.

I’ve been home all day, door bell is working fine. No one called to my house at 11.30 this morning yet I received an email from Fastway to say my item has been delivered at that time. I’ve searched the garden and my neighbours garden. I’ve even looked in my neighbours bins!! I’ve sent an email but have had no reply so far.

Been waiting on a package to be delivered in west Cork, Fastway have had it in their depot for well over a week, each morning it gets updated to 'Staged for Next Day delivery', their support says it's being expedited, obviously not. Will try starting an insurance claim with them next week, see how that goes. My advice, never ever use.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was waiting a month after ordering my parcel, then it shows out for delivery yesterday so I waited all day for it only to say last night that couldn't deliver, business closed. I messaged them this morning and megan said it will be delivered between 4 - 5 working days then closed the chat before I could respond so I messaged them again and got chris who said he couldn't take over chat from megan and again closed chat before I could respond. I'm absolutely Furious over this and this company should be reported. Avoid Avoid Avoid this company. They don't care in the least about their customers

The most horrible customer service I have ever experience, refused to refund me 300 euro. Took 150 once for "check" and I was ment to receive money back asap then they took another 150 "by mistake" and I just can't seem to get through to anyone. They are jus too dam useless

Fastway Couriers the worst courier company I have ever encountered, I received an email stating that the parcel had been delivered to me and that I had signed to receive it, which is a lie as the parcel was not delivered to me and I did not sign for anything. After several e-mails sent to the company, I was told that the courier cannot deliver the parcel to the indicated address and that I should provide another address for delivery, couriers from other companies have never had problems with delivering the parcel. This is a complete lack of respect for the customer and I do not recommend this company.

I received an email from Fastway saying that they couldn’t deliver a parcel. I am here all day in my office, it isn’t possible for this to happen. This isn’t the first time I’ve had delivery problems with Fastway. Poor service & trying to cover up their mistakes. Dermot Kinahan Tullamore R35 E519.

Did to contact the chat on their website. Wasn't helpful at all. The courier throw my package in somewhere. In the email they send it to me they were saying that the parcel was delivered. Im very disappointed. No sign of my parcel at all also Fastway courier forged my signature i can see on tracking parcel of shipment details .

Don't even want to leave 1 star ! However no option if I want a review posted 🫣.waiting all week for a delivery from cork . As of now the tracking says its has been off loaded as of 21.50 tonight! Its only 18.20 !!!! Not sure what kind of stunt the relief driver is trying to pull , but I'm not standing for it. No phone number available then cor customer care . How are ye even in business !!!!!

Tracking Online system didn't work with either a Woodies order or my wife's Very order. I called the "Fastway Swords" number online and received a snappy woman who advised that I was onto a Commercial line. But Google provides the top search for Fastway' Number as this number. She then proceeded to advise me to email in and I would receive a reply with 24 hours...issue is, I needed an update on the phone as the items were overdue and urgent. When I pressed her a little...she deployed the "Don't speak to me in that tone of voice" nonsense. Then she raised her voice and hung up. When I rang back and pleaded with her...Guess what, she was able to check my tracking in seconds only to advise me again she needed to disconnect my call when I probed her nicely on why their online system tracking ids weren't working! Leave office the J she said and it will work fine!! What a load of horse **** ! Shocking interaction really and in keeping with Fastway's terrible online reviews

Courier left parcel on my doorstep, it was raining today, courier did not ring my doorbell or contact me to advise of delivery. I was advised when I purchased items via email parcel would be delivered on 05/06/24 it was delivered on 04/06/24. Notification of amended delivery date was sent 7.40am on 04/06/24 which I did not see my fault. It would be more useful to get an email a day prior to delivery or a text on delivery day. No problem with change to delivery date if you advise customers in a timely manner. A neighbour spotted parcel on my doorstep & took it just in case it was stolen. Great neighbour awful service from Fastway. Not impressed.

Dont know about the rest of the country but Fastway Couriers in Limerick are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Not only are deliveries always late, but the drivers are constantly dropping my packages to other houses, then signing for them with other names saying packages have been delivered. Multiple times people have called to my house to drop off a package Fastway have wrongly delivered to them. Their incompetent delivery drivers either don’t know how to or are too lazy to track an eircode. Fastway management obviously could not be ar*ed training them properly? They make it almost impossible to contact them to report missing packages, appalling customer service.

We are currently wait for a parcel from a supplier and it is now eight days since they dispatched the product! It is the third time this year this has happened this year and your tracking system has misdirected each time! What is going on in Fastway, as it use to be a good service. I have now asked the supplier to stop using the service for any goods we order.

I had a fairly expensive item to be delivered on one of the days when I would have been home, but parcel was delayed somewhere (not unusual for Fastway). It was due the next day but I was back to work so I typed note on the tracking online and I put a huge note on my front door stating the safe place to put the item. The driver delivered but left the parcel outside.. right beside the note I had left... so annoyed because it was there for hours in showery weather and totally visible to all passing by. Thankfully it wasn't taken or destroyed, this isn't the first time I've had items delivered in an unsatisfactory manner. If the choice was mine which delivery company to use, I definitely wouldn't pick them but the choice is out of my hands when I order items online.

I ordered something from a garden centre in Laois on Monday last & paid extra for fast delivery! Wednesday morning I got an email from Fastway couriers exclaiming Great News - my parcel has been delivered (09:18 ) ! Complete & utter nonsense!! There was someone at home all day & no delivery van either pulled up at the gate nor came to the door! It took me 2 days of calling the garden centre & e-mailing fastway to find my delivery! They eventually dropped it with a neighbour 400m away on Thursday evening, despite putting in a gps aerial photo of my house in their ‘celebratory’ first email declaring it had been delivered 😡. WHY ARE BUSINESSES STILL USING THIS COMPANY?????

Ordered from Castore in April they used fastway, castore have told me that it was delivered on the 15th of May 2 weeks ago and it is no where to be seen, I called fastway and they told me “oh it’s 2 weeks ago now the driver probably won’t remember why didn’t you call sooner”. Awful service. And I ordered next day delivery with ASOS on Sunday and should have received my order Tuesday, I paid €14 for the service and now I’m told it won’t be here until Thursday at the earliest, absolute joke and I ordered next day delivery because it was for my girlfriend’s birthday which is today. Terrible courier.
