They are not able to deliver my parcel, even though they have the right address. They are trying to deliver to the wrong one. No emails, no phone calls, no options on the website to contact them and solve the problem. I will never order from a company that uses Fastway delivery services again

Dreadful courier company ,my parcel never showed up but was signed gor obviously wrong house, And fastwsy have removed contact numbers online and won't respond to emails

I have had issues in the past with Fastway couriers but this time, I have filled a formal complaint from: complaints.care at fastway.ie (yet to receive a reply), and have followed up several times via the 'support chat' (which generates a ticket sent to one's personal email from: support at fastwaynapier.zendesk.com which have brought me nowhere.) I work from home and have not been contacted once via phone, doorbell or both to advise of any deliveries, yet two emails were sent advising that there was an attempted delivery. I have zero issues with An Post, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS _ I wish I could control the delivery company my items are delivered through, but unfortunately this is something I cannot change. My order is at "Problem Freight Under Investigation'' status, and I have not received my order or a timeframe for its delivery to this day! I would advise anyone who has issues with this company to read all Google reviews, and get in touch with CCPC (consumer protection) regarding this courier company, as this company is outsourcing its delivery services to cowboy independent contractors (non employees) who have zero consideration for customer care or for providing any service. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered some books that were given to Fastway to deliver. I was given a date and stayed at home for a day waiting for the delivery. No one came to my home with my package. Received a message that said that they couldn’t contact me as they did not have the correct phone number. I replied with my number and heard nothing. No missed calls, no messages, nothing. Next day I received a message that said they had an incorrect address for me and could not deliver the package. I checked the information I supplied to the company I purchased the item from, and all the information was correct. I then gave them the correct address. No package was delivered. The next day I looked for a phone number to contact them on and couldn’t find one. I then messaged them to say that I would collect the parcel from the depot and when. I received no reply. Drove to the depot that apparently covered the South East. It looked dirty, empty with only a few packages. My parcel wasn’t there. I asked if they could ring the Kilkenny depot which apparently covered my area, which they did. They had the package and I drove quite a distance to collect it. Arrived to Kilkenny to find a mature woman waiting in her car. The depot door was locked, she had rung the bell 6 times and no one had come to answer it. I banged loudly on all the doors to the depot and rang the bell. Eventually someone came to the door and I collected my package and the lady went to get hers. When I came out of the depot, I was amazed to see an email saying that my parcel had been delivered to a secure place. I also received another email saying the package would be delivered to my home. Both emails were sent while I was actually picking up my package and was in the depot! Terrible service, well no service actually. I will always check who the courier company is before I buy online. I won’t buy if they use Fastway. They deserve 0 stars! I am going to contact the CCPC to complain about this company. Here is a link in case anyone else wants to contact them. Fastway Limerick cannot be trusted to safely deliver parcels. During a previous delivery the Fastway Limerick driver (who had just thrown a parcel at our front door) abused my partner and told him in future he would not deliver to our door and would 'throw parcels in the drive'. Well we have just experienced our first delivery since this incident, and despite assurances from Fastway that this would not happen and the driver would be dealt with, it has happened. A parcel containing €200 worth of goods was thrown over a wall at the end of our drive (about 1km from the door) and left on the ground in the pouring rain. It was only found as someone happened to be driving out and saw it. To add insult to injury the Fastway tracking app' has this logged as being 'authority to leave, no signature required' which is completely inaccurate, untrue and was not given as the instruction. This is completely unacceptable and now means that we cannot trust that any items will be safely delivered whilst this driver is still employed by Fastway. Why any business chooses to use this delivery service is beyond me.

Repeatedly the worst courier service in the land! Driver has been caught telling lies about attempted delivery on several occasions to my easy to find Dublin home just off motorway.... No attempted deliveries simply no delivery! Ordered wedding suit for my husband and it was due last Wednesday when Fastway sent an attempted delivery email.. Lies as I was here the entire time working at the front window of my house. This is not the first time, awful experience at Christmas aswell. However it is now Friday 4pm and still no suit for the wedding tomorrow. No response to emails. Another disaster with Fastway!

Worst courier ever. I've bought several products online that need to be delivered by third-party companies. The first time I had an experience with FastWay, I never received my product or any attempt at contact from their side. Eventually, I got my money back. The second time, with another product, I faced the same situation. I tried to contact them, but it was impossible since I am the final customer. They do not allow final customers to contact them. The third time, when I saw the package would be delivered by FastWay, I got scared. This time they tried to call me, but they only allowed it to ring three times and then stopped. They did send a message, but you cannot reply to the message. Eventually, I received my product, but only because when they tried to deliver it the next day, I happened to be entering my building as the driver was delivering another package to my neighbor. Now, the same thing happened again. I bought a product online, and when I didn't receive it when I was supposed to, I checked the courier and froze. I was at home all day, as I work from home, but there was no attempt whatsoever to deliver. This time, not even a call or a message, even though they have my details. Unfortunately, I will start to rate the products based on the delivery as well. If by any chance you have an important product to be delivered, check with the supplier that they won't use FastWay, or you might never receive the product you paid for. I just checked guidelines for reviewers, to make sure I would write a proper review, and they say, among other things, to keep proof of experience like, for example, "chat with online customer service." FastWay does not have customer service for the final customer. We are not their customers, so they are only concerned with their customers. That is the reason why from now on, if I have something delivered by them under the same conditions as I've experienced so far, my review about the product I purchased will also be based on the delivery. Maybe if we do this, suppliers will change courier services and start to use a good one.

Have had several problems with this company. 1. Walked into my home by opening the door into the house into the living room. Reported noting done about it. Gardai informed. 2. Opened my car and Left parcel inside. Instead of knocking on the door. 3. Threw parcel from the gate to the door breaking everything inside. 4. Left my neighbour's parcel at my bins and was destroyed. 5. Received 2 emails tried to deliver but checked camera and never even tried. No way to contact company. Drivers are ignorant rude and disrespectful done care if they damage property. Less than 1 star but doesn't allow it.

Got an email saying attempted delivery ??? i work from home no one called /No calling card and to be sure i checked cctv ,nothing absolute an utter spoofers also to add they sent the package to cork so its well delayed No ph no for the depot either Absolute disgrace of a company

My parcel, which they said was signed for a week ago has not been delivered to me. Very frustrating that there is no way of speaking to anyone to complain and has to be back and forth via email. This isn’t the first time my parcel has had to be searched for- was told to check in my garden, neighbours garden, sheds, neighbours houses to locate this parcel. I shouldn’t have to go looking for my delivery. I’ve had a couple of successful deliveries- when I say successful I mean thrown over my garden wall and the package was hidden in a bush. When I see that fastway are being used I actually dread it, and you spend the following days wondering if you are actually going to get the delivery you paid for. Absolutely disgraceful

I've had Parcels thrown over walls 2 miles away from my address, missing or stolen parcels. Also their website is deliberately designed to make contact with them as difficult as possible, obviously because they have a lot of angry customers! When you do email them, they don't bother to reply, just an automated generic reply. On "another review" website they have an awful lot of 5 star positive reviews. As a web developer myself I know full well how easy it is to "buy" positive reviews for said review website. With this website here, you cannot (thankfully buy reviews), hence so many negative reviews. Fastway is Ireland's worst delivery company and run no better than a criminal enterprise, fleecing good people out of their expensive parcels. They are dishonest, lazy (as in only want to drop off at a pub or shop miles away). The amount of time, financial cost and stress to customers is absolutely outrageous! It is time for the good people to name and shame the greedy dishonest bosses of fastway, never in my entire life have I come across such a dodgy company.

No way to contact them if you are not an account holder. Trying to find out where my parcel is after arriving on the 14th of April in their Cork depot. Its now May 1st and it's tagged as; "out for delivery". Useless service, avoid at all costs.

I sat at home all day waiting for a package that apparently according to them was delivered and signed for ... NEVER delivered and NEVER signed for. Impossible to talk with anyone there. Any phone number given was not in use!

Absolute disgrace. Had my parcel for over 2 weeks. Had to collect myself from the Kilkenny depot where it sat undelivered for 10 days.
