“I sat at home all day waiting for a package that apparently according to them was delivered and signed for ... NEVER delivered and NEVER signed for. Impossible to talk with anyone there. Any phone number given was not in use!”

“Absolute disgrace. Had my parcel for over 2 weeks. Had to collect myself from the Kilkenny depot where it sat undelivered for 10 days.”

“What a joke, ordered a book and when it was due to be delivered they left an email to say it was undelivered because nobody was home..my wife sat waiting, didn't ring the intercom,didn't put the book in the letter box, didn't contact my mobile...then rather than resending they sent it back to the retailer....terrible service and no easy way of contacting them to address the issue. Never again will I use this service as dpd are far better.”

“An update on this horrible crowd that has the cheek to call themselves Fastway couriers. They are a disgrace to the transport industry of Ireland and should, for the sake of public health and safety, be shut down immediately. Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday 18th April according to the text I received from Fastway. I got a text at 2pm yesterday to say my order was delivered to a public house somewhere and I would have to go and collect it myself. Well it is now 11pm on the 19th and still no delivery. The order was coming from Freetv.ie and after contacting them, they are sending a replacement order with DPD. Just received a text from DPD to say it will be delivered tomorrow Saturday 20th. Five stars to Freetv.ie and DPD. NOTHING TO FASTWAY ROUGE TRADERS AND COWBOY DRIVER. James Clarke.”

“I have read a good few of other people's comments so no need to add my tale of woe, all very similar experiences. Without any doubt or hesitation the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. If I could give a minus star rating I would and it wouldn't be one either. Have you seen the trust pilot star rating? Only counts the ones above 4...... hmmmmmm.”

“I only wish I could give no stars to Fastway cowboys. How a courier service can make purchasing on line sure a bad experience. I was waiting for my order, when I received a text from there driver informing me that my order was delivered to a public house somewhere, and I would have to go and collect it. My order was supposed to be delivered to my home. What a disgusting company. I will never purchase from another company that uses those cowboys. Also no way to contact them. DO NOT USE FASTWAY COURIERS.”

“Parcel out for del. got email saying it had been delivered and signed for. No such luck. Driver with parcel had gone past my area 2 to 3 hours earlier. Forged my signiture, and kept parcel in van. This company is a joke, and should be investigated by the Companies Office. If you are purchasing on line, check which Courier company is doing delivery. If its Fastway, cancel order, and go some where else. Time to get this bunch of cowboys, off the roads for good.”

“Order apparantly delivered, my signature was forged as a scribble by the courier. Called to Centra Cork two days in a row, they never recieved the order, nor do they sign any orders either as a code is required from the customer at collection. Have the couriers "proof" of delivery but would love to know what was actually done with my two parcel as they cannot be replaced and already overdue.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will never again buy any product that use fastway to deliver aas a result of a terrible customer service I receved from Megan and her asian colleague that answered (057)8511511 @12.39 on the12th April 2024. Money is hard earned these days and when a customer is looking for guidance on how to locate her purchase that this company has recorded as delivered and signature obtained for same they do not require mean hateful comments from the transporting company. It is simply a disgrace . I will be avising my friend family and colleagues on same. Thoses girls should be ashamed of how they treated their fellow human being, DISGRACE. Thank god for reviews.”

“Fastway are the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with. I was at home yesterday morning waiting for delivery I got a text to say that parcel has been delivered but it wasn't at my address,I contacted costumer service which no help parcel was delivered to someone else's house. This is not the first time I have had problems with delivery at Christmas someone else's parcel was thrown at the glass of my front door and when I called the driver back he had my daughter's package on the front seat beside him.Useless morans.”

“The response from Fastways when my parcel didn't arrive and the tracking number is showing that it is at the Limerick sorting hub... this is actually pathetic: Hi I have investigated this shipment and it appears to have been misdirected within our Network and we haven't been able to locate. If you contact your supplier they will arrange next steps with you. Apologies for the inconvenience caused with the delay Let me know if I can assist with anything else”

“I have never had a good experience with Fastway. I purchased good from Sports Direct and second time they said the delivered and they have not . The only company that can rob you in plain sight and not get arrested for it.”
