“I would give no stars if I could, delivery man came to my door this morning, I'm disabled and can't open the door, I saw him through the window so pointed down as there is a bench outside, he bent dw gave me a thumbs up and left, I then recovered an email dating my parcel was delivered, there was no photo in the email, there usually is so I emailed, I received an email back saying my package was delivered was delivered to a secure location, meaning frontt door, with neighbour etc, I had a visitor and asked them to help, there was nothing outside or with either next door neighbour, I sent a further 6 emails asking for help and nothing, I paid €67 for the item to in that parcel and have nothing, awful company, steer clear, you'll get no help from them, I just clicked on tracking link in email and it's showing my parcel in hawks bay. Which is it fastway.ie? My parcel is in a safe place or still Inn your distribution centre? You see people, this is why not to use fastway.ie couriers”

“Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Apparently they couldn’t deliver my parcel due to an error in the address. There was no error. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. You only get a recorded message saying theres no support team there at the moment 😡😡😡”

“My package wasn't delivered. I was told by Fastway without a tracking number they can't help me. I never received a tracking number in the first place. Terrible experience with them. Awful experience with them a few years ago too. Do not use Fastway”

“Driver was delivering to neighbours when he purposely drove over grass at my home leaving series of bad marks. When I asked him not to he told me to "Fuck off asshole" and grabbed his crotch.”

“I wish I could give a minus rating. Not once have I ever received a delivery from Fastway. I’ve always had to drive to Swords in Dublin where I’m told your delivery is in the van. The delivery man who delivers in Balbriggan must not take the packages out of the van and actually deliver them. I really thought this time I would receive the package. Do this company deliver anything????”

“An absolute disgrace. Stuck in Hawkesbay Dublin apparently since 25th January. I have emailed constantly and all I get is its a Customs issue. The greatest load of bull.”

“I got an email from these telling me they tries to deliver yesterday. My son was working from home all day and nobody called to the door. I’m trying to contact them this morning - awful experience. No number to ring and the help desk referred me to a website operated by Chronopost - it’s in France and they don’t speak English. They replied to by query though by sending me. Link to fedex who have no know of my package. What am I supposed to do? So frustrating. Appalling service.”

“If I could give zero I would. The absolute WORST courier company. I am baffled that other companies continue to use these? Another package "left at door" and never received. The money I have wasted because these guys are completely incompetent and cannot ensure they deliver a package to the receiver. No customer service - they're a disgrace.”

“SCAM STAY AWAY Never received my package two times in two weeks and I live 5 mins from the Fastway depot, if they cant deliver to me, everyone else has no chance, wont reply to my emails, cant find a phone number.. somebody in the company open my package and liked what they seen and took it, its the only explanation. and I say to any company that wants to use them to ship there products, DONT”

“Delivered a paperback book in a paper bag by throwing it onto the garden over the wall in the rain - book now damaged beyond repair. We were homoe so they could have rung the bell.... Unbelievable poor service.”

“Absolute joke of a delivery service. Been waiting 25+ days since it arrived in Ireland. Sent 2 emails and have gotten no replies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND AVOID THE COMPANIES THAT USE THIS COURIER.”

“They have had my parcel for almost a month now (according to the vendors) and absolutely no communication as to where it is and when it will get to me. Their tracking system and their customer service is also non existent. I will avoid in future, and also avoid companies that use them. They will soon wake up when they lose money.”

“This company is a joke. Received an email to say the parcel was delivered but it was not. It's been 10 days and their only response to my email is to tell me it has been delivered. There is no customer care phone line and their support chat only operates for a couple of hours a day with huge wait times. They could not be less helpful if they tried.”
