“I would give no stars if I could, delivery man came to my door this morning, I'm disabled and can't open the door, I saw him through the window so pointed down as there is a bench outside, he bent dw gave me a thumbs up and left, I then recovered an email dating my parcel was delivered, there was no photo in the email, there usually is so I emailed, I received an email back saying my package was delivered was delivered to a secure location, meaning frontt door, with neighbour etc, I had a visitor and asked them to help, there was nothing outside or with either next door neighbour, I sent a further 6 emails asking for help and nothing, I paid €67 for the item to in that parcel and have nothing, awful company, steer clear, you'll get no help from them, I just clicked on tracking link in email and it's showing my parcel in hawks bay. Which is it fastway.ie? My parcel is in a safe place or still Inn your distribution centre? You see people, this is why not to use fastway.ie couriers”
“Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Apparently they couldn’t deliver my parcel due to an error in the address. There was no error. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. You only get a recorded message saying theres no support team there at the moment 😡😡😡”

The delivery man who delivers in Balbriggan must not take the packages out of the van and actually deliver them. I really thought this time I would receive the package. No number to ring and the help desk referred me to a website operated by Chronopost - it’s in France and they don’t speak English. They replied to by query though by sending me. Link to fedex who have no know of my package. What am I supposed to do? So frustrating. Appalling service.”
“If I could give zero I would. The absolute WORST courier company. I am baffled that other companies continue to use these? Another package "left at door" and never received. The money I have wasted because these guys are completely incompetent and cannot ensure they deliver a package to the receiver. No customer service - they're a disgrace.”

Never received my package two times in two weeks and I live 5 mins from the Fastway depot, if they cant deliver to me, everyone else has no chance, wont reply to my emails, cant find a phone number..
somebody in the company open my package and liked what they seen and took it, its the only explanation. and I say to any company that wants to use them to ship there products, DONT”

“This company is a joke. Received an email to say the parcel was delivered but it was not. It's been 10 days and their only response to my email is to tell me it has been delivered. There is no customer care phone line and their support chat only operates for a couple of hours a day with huge wait times. They could not be less helpful if they tried.”

I shudder anytime I now see this crowd as the couriers for any order I make, to the point I know contact the seller, and won't make a purchase if they use Fastway. Guaranteed to be a few days, if not weeks late, and that's if you recieve the item at all. I see they're getting 5 stars on Trustpilot, which can only be explained that they are paying for the votes.”
